The Sheridan at South Jordan

The activities department does a lot of different things with them and keep them involved. They keep pretty good contact with them. One of the reasons we went to this community was because my parents were mixing each other's medications up. She would take his and he would take her. They've have done a great job with that. My parents love them all. Anytime I've had an issue, I've gotten an answer in ten minutes.

I am really happy with everything they have done for my father. They take good care of him at the community. Management has always been very responsive and receptive to anything I have asked them. I am quite happy with how they have handled things. The care staff is also receptive and very helpful to my father. They call whenever he has a fall and are responsive to both my needs and my fathers. Maintenance responds quick to work orders, housekeeping is going well and there is always a good variety of activities for the residents.

I just think that the management is very open and they are willing to discuss any issues and work them out. I do appreciate the management team. I specifially deal with Walter and Maggie and they have been very helpful in any situations I've had. The team all seems to work very well together and they all do a great job there. They have been very involved with my mom, She had an incident when she first moved in and they bent over backwards to make it right. They have worked with her and myself to make sure that everything is smooth with her stay there. I pay for medication management for her and it has all been worked out. They are doing a good job making sure she gets her medications in a timely manner. Maintenance does a really good job. They probably help my mom more than they should because she is constantly asking for pictures to be moved and things like that. The houseekping does a great job keeping her house clean. She tells me about all her classes, Bingo, and all the games they do. She has been really happy to do the excursions.

I would definitely recommend them. The upper management and the activities ladies love their residents, and that is what it comes down to. They worked really hard to meet our needs and the needs of my father in law. As they grew and as we got used to them, they went the extra mile to make sure that all of our needs were met. I thought the care staff was really good. He really liked the people and the staff and they treated him really well. Curtis is amazing.

Management answers my questions when I have them. I deal with them long distance but they call me back and answer my questions when I call them. The activities have been really good for my mom and she really enjoyed them.

The care staff is pretty good. Curtis is a really nice guy, and he's over the nurses. He has been really good to us. The maintenance man, Michael, does a good job. I think he works pretty hard over there. The activities are good. The dining area is always very clean, and the people are always very nice. The management team was really good to work with us and to make sure we were doing okay.

The move-in was difficult for me, but everything has been good. I'm so happy with what I have and how the people are treating me. I enjoy the young women that bring me my medication. They make me feel like they care about me. The maintenance is excellent. The maintenance man is always polishing the elevator. They make it really nice and clean here. It seems like the housekeepers are constantly emptying the waste basket and checking if I need anything. They have so many activities that you can't even begin to take them in. THe dining is good. They're good about getting us things we want to eat. This is a new facility, so it's really nice. I think I got my room to look very nice. I like to have people come in because I think it looks so nice.

The staff is always going around and giving hugs, and my mother says the people are so nice. If I need to get in touch with the healthcare staff, I can. Any time something is broken, the maintenance staff is right there to fix it, and the building looks really nice. They do a good job with the housekeeping and laundry services. Most places have the residents sit, but they try to keep them active here with activities. I don't know of any other community that involves people in activities who are in memory care. The management is very helpful and loving, and they always listen. All in all, her apartment is good. She feels both safe and comfortable and is usually spending time out with other people.

Management is friendly and cooperative. The caregivers are very helpful. They check with us often. This is a nice place.

The service here has been super, and the dining servers are very attentive. There are plenty of activities here. Housekeeping picks up the garbage everyday, and the maintenance is very good. This is a happy place, and everyone is friendly and happy here. I don't think I could ask for anything better.
