The Sheridan at South Jordan

Management is very responsive anytime I have a question or a concern. The activities director is fantastic and does a lot of things. The caregivers are really great. The room is clean.

It's one of the more beautiful communities, and the apartment is just right for what my mom needs. The people in memory Care are so aware of what she needs. They are conscientious and kind. The maintenance guy is very accommodating and willing to help. They accommodate activities well, keep them active, keep them engaged, and let them try different things. I have been to the outings and in house activities myself, and I think they're awesome. Management is very approachable and hands on with the residents. They don't just talk the walk, they walk the walk and they're out there mingling with them. All in all, I love the openness, colors, and everything about this place.

Management is very caring, compassionate and patient. The nursing staff here is great. Anytime there is something that maintenance has needed to look at, they were prompt. My dad likes the food, and they have a variety of things to choose from, which is great. The activities have been really good for him. They have day trips, and they have people come in and lots of things for them to do everyday.

The management seems to be very caring and they know who everyone is. They come in to talk to my parents when they are at dinner. I am very impressed with them. They are out with the people rather then in their offices. My parents love the food and the staff there is just great. There have been things that they have asked for the maintenance staff to fix and they were prompt. It is a very nice place and it is done very well. It is very inviting and it is clean. My mom has some pretty big health issues right now, and the care givers have been so attentive. They check on her and help her.

The food is always great, the activities are terrific, and the caregivers respond quickly. They are terrific. The housekeepers are there when they are supposed to be and they do a good job. We are quite pleased with what is going on here and couldn't be happier with how they are taking care of her.

Every time I go my aunt’s hair is done cutely, she's clean, her outfit matches, they know where she is. It's really good, excellent care. Maintenance gets in front of everything or responds as quickly as possible, they’re attentive and fast. The management is very specific and deliberate with communication. The food is spectacular, even the presentation. Their activities are over and above anything ever expected. They're very true to the calendar, there's a big variety, a lot. The community is amazing, the best.

We've had med techs and they're so pleasant. It's just beautiful here, it's one of the things that caught my eye. The activities are super great. The management has been wonderful. I love everything here.

They have a great team there, everyone seems to be on the same page. Nobody seems to be in a rush or overwhelmed, even though they probably are sometimes. The building and grounds look brand new. The dining experience has been pretty good and they are accommodating to her special needs. The staff is attentive and patient.

The dining and care have been excellent. The housekeeping and laundry have been great. I am satisfied with the maintenance of the building and grounds. The management staff have been good and they have been helpful in trying to get mom to do activities. I love the layout of the place and how brightly lit it is.

The building and the grounds are beautiful and eveything is well-maintained. All of the staff and respectful and they work hard to deal with my mother-in-law's needs.
