The Sheridan at South Jordan

Everything is very good. The caregivers are attentive and the dining staff are kind. I think the value is good here.

It's an excellent place and I wouldn't want to leave. Maintenance, housekeeping and the dining service does a great job.

I think they do a good job. They involve them in activities and that's one thing I like about the Sheridan; they don't just leave them in bed. They get them up and moving around. The staff are concerned about the people there.

Mom’s lived there over a year and we've been happy. For the most part it's been perfect. There's always aides available and they are responsive in taking care of my mother. Her room is always clean and picked up. The activities have been good, they are always doing something.

We have been pretty impressed, everything runs like clockwork. He loves the food and thinks it is great; a lot of the dining staff have made an effort to learn some sign language so they can help him with his decisions. They have a great variety that caters to all levels of abilities. He feels very included and very happy with all of the activities.

We chose the community because it was such a nice place, it always looks so nice and neat. Management and the healthcare staff are all super nice and the food is very good. I think they do a wonderful job with activities, they've taken my husband on trips like bowling and to different activities they have, and he's enjoyed it.

The mangement are excellent. They usually will follow through with any request that I make. The food is excellent and the activities are great. Mom enjoys them very much.

The management is great. They are wonderful. I love them. Every time I have gone to them for anything they have been very receptive and great. In regards to the dining service, I really appreciate the helpers there and they are doing as well as they were trained. I like the housekeepers. The housekeepers are there and they are consistent. They are very kind and respectful of the residents. They are there to empty the garbage everyday. Most of the time we need something done the maintenance staff is right there to do it. Mike in maintenance is amazing. My dad likes to do handy work and Mike will include my dad. The care givers are all very caring and sweet and kind. My parents just love them. That is very important to me that they feel they are cared for and loved. Curtis is amazing. He is there whenever I need him. I can contact him anytime. All in all, I jus tlove the place.

They manage the community very well. They are always there to help you with anything you need. The activities I have seen are really nice. They seem to have a lot going on. Maintenance has taken care of every little issue. The toilet paper roller was fixed the day it fell off the wall. I think the care staff has done really well with what we've needed. They bring her her pills every morning. I know these things are expensive but you can't put a price tag on your mother's care.
