The community is very warm and inviting. My mother in law was in another place before, but this has been leaps and bounds better. The amount of services that can be done in house is fantastic. The maintenance is excellent and the housekeeping is great. We've really enjoyed when they've had activities that included the families. The kitchen staff is wonderful in perfectly preparing her food for her. Management is responsive and they're on top of things. Their handling of the coronavirus is satisfactory and they're keeping us in the loop all the way through, which is really important. All in all, I'd highly recommend this place to others.

Management is communicative and keep us well informed. The activities they have are excellent and everything always seems to be in working order here. The staff is very patient in working with my mom. The staff goes above and beyond to help out. We are very happy with them and we are very happy with the services we get and the price we are paying for them.

We've just been very pleased with this community. The care staff goes above and beyond. They are interactive with everybody. Every time I call, they seem to know what is going on with my aunt. They try to get individualized care for everyone. Everything in the building looks nice. It always looks nice and clean. They have a lot of activites, and they try to get her involved. She's enjoying the food. It looks well prepared and well balanced. I have had very good responses from management, and everyone gets back to me if I have any questions. They're easy to reach. This is above and beyond what I've seen. They really go the extra step.

Management is excellent. They are hands on with the residents. They communicate very well, and we are definitely informed. The administration does not sit in an office behind a desk, but they know exactly what is going on in that building, and that's a big plus. The place is very clean. It gives you the feeling of being at home. I can't say enough about this place. The caregivers get to know their patients, so it's not like they run in and out. They spend time talking to them, and they are really well aware of how they feel, so they can take care of them. They're excellent.

Housekeeping seems to be done well. I go in every week and her room is neat, picked up, and clean, and her clothes are clean and out away nicely. The building is up to code, the building is well-maintained.

The building seems to be clean and well maintained and I think my mother likes the healthcare staff very much, she says they'll do anything for her and they check on her and ask her how she's doing.

I'm happy with it, I'm happy my loved one is well cared for in a place that can handle the needs she has, I'm grateful she's being kept safe and comfortable. Her room is always clean and the facility itself seems like it's well maintained and cleaned and the care staff seems very good, caring and competent.

My loved one says there’s good menu variety, well-prepared and tasty food. The servers are very friendly and attentive. They have a really good range of activities for all the residents. They have at least two or three things each day, they go every day, and they even have outings for the residents to go on. It's a good variety. The place is very well-organized. The management has been very up-front when we talk and they are helpful whenever we reach out. The laundry is done frequently and clearly and housekeeping is good as well. Rooms are always kept clean and well-stocked. We've had maintenance move furniture around in the room as well as set things up. If there are nicks or scratches in the wall they take care of regularly. The building is very presentable and everything works, and I never see it dirty. It's always clean and well taken care of. Valerie, the Head Nurse, and the LPNs are all very friendly. There's one of them around the clock and they always address issues quickly and promptly. The value is fair. Of all the place we looked at the price was in the same ballpark. I think we get more for our money there, the care seems personalized. Being a small community it's very focused on the needs at hand. They seem to have done a better job handling her than we did. I hope they keep up the good work.

The community is small, intimate, my dad wanted a room with his own shower, not a shared shower, and it just seemed to suit our needs. The healthcare staff is very very good, the value is fair for the services he's getting.

Mom is safe and comfortable in the community. I really like the Activities Director, the one I see conducting the activities in Memory Care. She's good, lively and engaging, I'm very impressed with her. The meals seem good, and they have good snacks. I'm very satisfied with her room, it's very clean and I don’t have any maintenance issues. The caregivers have been very responsive and helpful. I'm happy with it all.
