Skyline Place Senior Living

My mother lives in Skyline Place and everyone goes out of their way to make sure she is feeling happy and safe. The healthcare staff is accessible, the apartment maintenance is excellent and her housekeeper does an excellent job with keeping her room cleaned weekly. In terms of activities, on the elevators and walls they post what is available, which is good, otherwise her 2 bedroom accommodations are good and management has things under control.

The management staff seemed happy to meet with me and work with me on making arrangements for my mom.

My sister is comfortable there and I know she is safe. They are pretty reasonable in price compared to others. The care givers are respectful and available, and housekeeping does very well with cleaning her apartment. They have a good activities calendar and my sister likes the food pretty much. It’s good, they do very well.

I guess it is a fair price. It is expensive but we are getting a lot for it. The food is very good and it is well prepared. We have two choices every meal and that is fine. There are a number of activities and we have a good selection. They put out a book so we can see what is going on every day.

My mother loves the food and has no complaints. I think they have very good service. A lot of times when I come, the residents will be in the lobby playing some sort of game. There are puzzles and people are always playing some sort of game. They also have morning exercise almost every day. They would take the residents on scenic rides and she liked those a lot. She lost her keys so we contacted The staff takes her to her appointments and pick her up when she is done. Since she has been here for so long, I know most of the caregivers and if I have a problem, I go down and they take care of it right away.

I like this community very much. We have a good view and my wife is happy about that. I think the management team is fair. We got a new manager the other day and she is pretty nice. The food quality is excellent. They make sandwiches and they are always full. The maintenance team has been fair to me. You don't see them around but they come by and check on us every now and then. I have problems with my TV but they come around and fix it. The transportation is really good and the driver is prompt in being there when you need to be picked up.

The management that I dealt with was very competent. I think it was well done. The housekeeping was very, very well done. When I needed something the maintenace came quickly. They were wonderful. The care givers were absolutely wonderful. They were so helpful and so sweet. They were over the top and I really enjoyed that.

If I was in my father's position, I'd be tickled to death to be in Skyline Place because everything has been great. The healthcare staff is good, they know the residents there. The place is always immaculate from the grounds to the front door and I have never heard of anything broken. The activities are excellent for the residents at the community. I have friends who play music there and there are a lot of interesting things for people to partake. They also have movie nights, so I hear they have good things and even trips to Walmart.He has never, ever complained about the food at the community. Management communicates with us any time there is a need or if there is a situation, they'll call me.

At Skyline Place, I think they do a good job with the cleaning. We also have a very good maintenance staff here. I've had a good experience with the transportation service they provide and I think the care staff are nice and they do a good job.

She had a wonderful experience at Skyline Place because everyone was wonderful. One of the reason I liked the community was because it was clean and had no smells. While my mom didn't participate in activities, I saw residents pretty happy there. The dining food was fine and the wait staff was nice. Also, I loved the lady at the front desk too because she was just awesome.
