Skyline Place Senior Living

My wife and I are very impressed with what we hear is going on in the activities department here. Transportation and maintenance here are good, and housekeeping is on time when they are supposed to, and they're also good. The value is good, we're comfortable and like our apartment, and we're safe in the community. I think the price is fair for what we get.

It has been about nine months since my mother-in-law moved in. We chose a three bedroom for her because she needed the interaction with others and that has worked out well. The activities are good. They have a lot of variety. They do something every day and have music on Fridays. I think the cleaning service is done very well and the maintenance team are pretty much on top of things.

My mother-in-law has lived here for over a year and says she doesn't want to live anywhere else. The place is always very clean and smells clean. Housekeeping does a great job on the cleaning and laundry. The maintenance guys are always willing to help and are very responsive to any work requests. "It is nice to see the same staff there. They know us and know her. She is very happy here.

I found the management to be very helpful and friendly. I think the housekeeping is working out very well. It was certainly clean when we arrived. Overall, my mom sounds happy when I talk to her.

I had two friends that had their parents here and they're pleased. The management have all been great, everybody has been very cooperative and helpful. I tasted a lot of the food and it's all been very good. Every Thursday they have a singer or some musical program and from what I've heard it's been very good. The housekeeping services are good and the maintenance is absolutely excellent, everything was spotless and in order. I love Tom, he's very helpful and patient, he's amazing.

My step-mother moved out of this community because she decided she no longer wanted to be here, she loved it though. This community is safe and she had a great room. The management was great and the food was always excellent. The activities were great as well. She mentioned something about a speak that had gone to France and showed pictures and they had treats. She really liked that. Housekeeping was good. Maintenance was always so helpful to her. They hung her pictures and did whatever she asked them to do. They were very good to her. The caregivers were very good and very patient with my step-mother. Everything was great.

Skyline Place has pretty good people working here. The housekeeping is pretty good. They come in at least once a week maybe more. They sweep and take care of things. They would help with the laundry if I asked. The grounds are being kept up well. I even see a wild turkey go through the yard. They have a couple of guys for maintenance and they stay pretty busy. They are very diligent. The care givers are very good. They are very courteous and bend over backwards to do what you need. I think it is a good place to be.

Tiffany, Valerie and the staff are wonderful, they're really receptive to listening and getting on things. The healthcare staff are very good and very caring. The housekeeper comes in every Thursday and does an excellent job. There was brand new carpet in her apartment and it was clean when we moved in, it looked like everything was spotless. They went out of their way to make mom's move in very very pleasant. All in all, everything has gone very niceley so far.

My sister moved into Skyline Place because it's local and it seems the atmosphere is nice. The grounds and common areas look really good. It seems so expensive, but compared to other places it's a great value. The caregivers and housekeeping have been very good, and the activities are really good. She feels comfortable there, so we are satisfied.

I have had no complaints so far. The menu variety is fair. Housekeeping is good. The maintenance staff have been helpful. The building itself looks good. My father is not one to participate in the activities, but they are offered. I'd recommend it.
