For a few months my step-mom didn't go down at all but now she's going down for bingo and going down to the social hours. They're always cleaning up the front walkway to look nice. They'll change some of the décor which she likes that and I like that too. She loves the food, which is good. Whenever I've had to ask questions, the caretakers have always been very pleasant with me and go to her binder and double check everything for me. I would say the value is excellent.

It's the best place you could put a senior person there is. Management keeps me informed, call and tell me how my mom is doing. They're very good on follow-up and keeping me informed. The food is excellent. Housekeeping does a beautiful job, they take care of her. When you have a problem, Maintenance comes right up and takes care of it. The building looks very nice, they keep it up, no smells. The caregivers do an excellent job. If I have any questions I call down and they always answer them. They all seem to be very aware of everyone living there. It's just a great place where the residents are treated like people.It makes my mom feel important, and that makes me feel good.

I think the value is excellent. It is a very reasonable price for that level of care. The management staff tea is extraordinarily good. They have always been great. The activities are great and my father goes down to the music and the movies. Housekeeping and laundry has been great. They are accommodating and flexible. If he has a special need, they take care of it. The whole place is run very tightly and well-kept. I am impressed by the fact that everyone has their personalities showing a little bit when I walk down the hallways.

Every time we walk in, which is every day; my mother-in-law is sitting and visiting with one of the attendants. They are very patient and caring. They're right on it. It's excellent. She seems to be very happy with the food. They are always feeding her and giving her snacks. They are very accommodating. The menu looks real good. She's happy there. The management team was very accommodating, they worked with us. They were great.

I think the meals look nutritious, they're warm, and they're good. Service is great. They got that down. Housekeeping is good and my mother-in-law's room is fresh and clean. Care and nursing has been very good. They're very responsive. I think for the value, you get what you pay for.

They've been really good for my loved on and I'm very pleased. As far as I can tell, the dining is fine. I certainly don’t have any complaints. The housekeeping and maintenance have been doing well. The care is doing a fine job too. I'm very happy with Skyline.

I appreciate the change in management because it has been a lot better in recent months. The Activities Director is trying hard and the housekeeping is good. When something is wrong, maintenance comes and fixes it. The nursing aides are very good. I think the value is okay and I love my apartment.

I think that management is very friendly with the staff and the residents. I think they try very hard. I can't imagine what it would be like to keep that many elderly people appeased. The care staff is very good to my mother, and she is not easy. The care has improved greatly over the last few months because I think more staff, which they have now, has made a big difference there. I think she's where she should be and I think the people are wonderful.

I am very pleased with the facility. The management has changed but they contacted me right away, so I was pleased with that. They seem to be doing fine. The care staff seems to work very well with her; they're very patient and caring. Since the new management took over, my mother-in-law has said the food has improved, the variety is better. I'm very pleased with the facility. If I had the money I would go to Skyline.
