St. Augustine Plantation

Management is great and have kept us abreast of everything. If I need anything they are very responsive. The dining is good, housekeeping keeps her clothes good and the staff keeps her clean and smelling decent. The caregivers have treated her perfectly.

I would recommend them. The person that I deal with in management has attended to my needs and the care givers are good. The housekeepers are doing a good job as well and are very polite and helpful and take an interest in my mom.

My dad only moved into the community last March and the maintenance staff were great when we moved in, helping with the pictures and making sure he had the cable wired up. Everything with the healthcare is great and the staff is accessible. Transportation services have been very good at taking him to where ever he needs to go. The housekeeping services have a schedule and they stick to it, especially right now. The food is good, nutritious, tasty and the chefs take his suggestions. The management staff is great, on top of things and they're really flexible. Overall, he feels safe, comfortable and I think the price is fair.

I am satisfied with the services, price and accommodations my mother receives at the community. The healthcare staff is very responsive to requests and she gets what she is supposed to. The grounds are always cut and they keep the front area attractive. They do different decorations for the seasons and the hallways are always well lit. When I come through, they always have someone who is lively leading the activities, being positive and engaged with the people. Management is doing a great with keeping us informed and making sure the residents have whatever they need. I don't think there is another place that I would rather have her in Tallahassee, so I recommend it on a regular basis.

I think this community has a very good value. The care staff are friendly and right there if you need them.

Management has gone above and beyond and they still do. I thought it was just them trying to get us in there but it isn't. I can pick up the phone and call them. I talked to the head nurse this weekend because there was an issue and she wasn't even working. I am really impressed with them. I haven't had any problems and I haven't seen anything that I don't like at all.

The food quality and the dining service is very good. Management has addressed whatever issues I have brought them. Housekeeping does a good job and the caregivers are all nice and caring. They give him what he needs. The staff are friendly and they take good care of him. He is content here.

We are extremely happy with everything. We are so happy with all the people, the food, and the transportation. The transportation is great. Kelsey, the driver is wonderful. He will call me to let me know when he is taking my mom somewhere. I would really highlight the food here because it is exceptional. It is a delicious meal and something to look forward to. It is restaurant quality food.

I believe they function beautifully. I have no complaints with them. She enjoys getting together with people there, she likes to help them and be helpful to them, and she enjoys the food as well. Houskeeping services are offerred consistently. The building is fine and wonderful. She enjoys it very much. It is clean and efficient. I would recommend it.

We are very happy there. She is happy and well cared for. We are very thankful for the facility. They are managing things quite well. Crystal, the manager, has been wonderful. The food is healthy, and the menu has a nice variety. The building itself is in great shape, and the maintenance staff are doing quite well. The care staff does a great job. We don't feel that my mother's care has been lacking, and when we see them dealing with other residents, everyone gets the attention that they need when they need it.
