St. Augustine Plantation

The healthcare staff do a very good job. Maintenance always do a great job with the decorations, dusting, and keeping the place current. The music program, where the guy comes in, is great. It doesn't require a lot of effort and it's uplifting. The chef does a great job of keeping the food interesting. He makes his rounds to check on everyone and makes adjustment based on what people like. Management is on top of things, handled the hurricane really well, and are super responsive. They're available by text and have jumped in to solve problems minutes after texting, even at night. They're superb. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable. I am so grateful to have the help.

The food has been good and they offer so many activities. He uses the transportation all the time for his doctor's appointments and they're wonderful. There are two nurses there, Will and Crystal, they're just amazing, they're outstanding.

I don't have any complaints at all. They are always willing to accommodate whatever she wants to eat. It is clean and we have no issues. I am satisfied overall.

I am quite happy and feel like my mom is getting really good care. Everyone has been on point with everything. I am very happy with the care, concern and attention. The staff has been lovely and I can't say enough about the place.

We're leaving because we're moving out of state, but we're going to miss it and it was the hardest decision to make. The management is very responsive and caring. The laundry girl keeps the drawers clean, closets clean and folds clothes better than I could, so she is awesome. Maintenance always gets things done and the male nurse is wonderful. You'll also never find another Memory Care place that is designed as well, it's very airy. The community is marvelous.

Megan the manager is always there when I need her. Everybody is very helpful and management is wonderful. There are so many activities to choose from and so many opportunities for the patients. Transportation has been wonderful and the care givers are very positive. The nurses are stellar. They are absolutely wonderful. The willingness to take time out of their extremely busy day and call family members when there are issues is great. The fact that St. Augustine's memory care is small and there are enough care givers that genuinely are able to care for the residents. It is really a great place.

You can't put a price on the exceptional care. I can't say enough good about the place. Management was able to assist us and very easily able to transfer my dad from living at home to the facility. The dining staff go out of the way to please my dad, they're top of the line. The care staff are even better than everyone else and have always been available to him.

We're really happy with management, they're very responsive. We love the food and the chef is wonderful. The variety and everything is fabulous, the foods, the desserts, just everything!
