Summit at Sunland Springs

Every time my mother and I have needed management we have received amazing follow through. Every experience has been positive. My mother seems to be happy with the food and the service in the dining room is geat! They are very attentive to the residents that live there and are receptive to any ideas the residents have. My mother is always busy with the activities, which is why I am happy we found such an amazing place. Overall, we are extremely happy and I am so grateful that you are thorough and strict through this virus and lock down. Thank you!

The staff knows all the residents and what they need and like. They give them a personal touch. They have many activities every day and gear them towards the residents. Housekeeping comes every day and laundry is on a regular schedule. The building is beautiful and the maintenance guys are great. They are very kind and accommodating to the residents. If we have something we need done we let them know and they are right on it. The caregivers are wonderful and if I need to know something they let me know. We feel so blessed and thankful that she is here.

We'd recommend it to anybody. The one thing that our family loves about this place and probably what sold my mom, is my sisters and I enjoy a clean smelling and clean looking places. And we enjoy the cleanliness of it at all. I think they take care of everything as best they can. It's always just been a pleasant experience. They have such great staff and the management and staff are very accessible and responsive. Her room is wonderful. It's actually the most perfect thing from going from her house to an apartment. She is happy she still has a place where she can have all of us kids there and it's not too crowded!

They are very personable and very inviting. My husband and I go in 2 or 3 times a week to visit my mother in law, and they know us by name; the same with the servers. They're very respectful. When I see them, they know exactly where I'm going. Just with the communication with all them, I would not look at another facility for my parents, and I would hope that they would be recognized.

They are doing an excellent job keeping us safe from this virus. They are very responsive. Scott is right on top of everything. As soon as you mention something, he fixes it. The people who oversee activities are so considerate of the level of care we need. It's good food and has the right portions. It could not be better.

For peace of mind it is an excellent value. They've bent over backwards to make sure she is comfortable and worked with our budget. They've helped me time and again with any problem I've come up with. They have always been there and addressed it with me. My mom has no complaints and always likes the food there. It is always clean. I've had a couple things that I called in to maintenance, they fixed it right away. The care is excellent. So far, I have no complaints.

I needed somewhere to recover after a fall and the personnel and everyone was super friendly and helpful. It couldn’t be better. The maintenance is wonderful. It's brand new building and the cleaning was always immaculate.

This is a really nice community. Everyone is friendly and they are always trying to help him. He is happy with the care staff and has great rapport with them. The management is also great. Scott in maintenance is awesome and he helps the residents a lot. Anything he asks for maintenance is right there to help. I am very happy with the cleanliness of his apartment. It is a great community all around.

It is a nice community and for the price being paid it is a good value. The care staff knows her very well, the building is well maintained and clean, housekeeping keeps her room clean and the food is excellent.

I am getting my money's worth at the community and I am satisfied with the accommodations my mother receives. The healthcare staff always seems to be there when she needs them and they're knowledgeable. The building looks satisfactory and the maintenance man comes right away. The dining service always accommodates her when she gets up. The management team has always been very helpful, accommodating and available. All in all, she feels safe, comfortable and never complains.
