The management has been great. They have been really wonderful. We get a letter that tells us what is going on. We go on their website and they try to keep us updated on that. That has been good. My mom seems to be pleased with the food. Lisa is the activities director there. I love her and love what she does. She is so good with the people that live there. She interacts with them and as soon as something happens she is right on it. She has so much energy. I just love her and the people that live there do too. She is awesome. Verdice is the housekeeper and he is awesome. The care givers have been really good.

The management is always on top of things. I will ask for things and they will try to fix it whenever they can. My mother seems to like it a lot there. My mom loves the activities. The coordinator there is really a nice person. In regards to maintenance, when we ask for something to be fixed they usually get right on top of it. The building is painted and everything is clean. Everything works well with the transportation. When I call Brandy in nursing or someone else and ask them to do something they just jump right on it. They are very good with that. My mom's doctor is very nice too. The community is overall good and the people there try to make it as comfortable as they can and that is all I ask.

The community is a blessing to me. I am completely satisfed with the healthcare and nursing my mother receives. The maintenance department is always keeping busy and her room is always kept up. If I ask for something to be done in her room they get it done right away. The activities do seem to have a good variety for the residents and the management is very receptive to ideas. They follow through on anything they say they are going to do.

The price of the community is definitely fair and everything is going well for my mother. She is happy with the accommodations and she feels safe. The doctor that visits is attentive and shows a lot of concern for the health & welfare of the residents. I am satisfied with the laundry and the apartment is both, clean and smells good. They have people coming in for activities and I've seen her doing exercises. They also have word searches and the residents keep them busy after eating. Management answers my questions and when I go in, they're always available to see me. She feels comfortable and I am very satisfied with value.

They keep me informed of everything and treat him very nicely. They always have something going on in activities. They do different activities and try to get everybody involved. Houskeeping is always taking care of something. It smells and looks clean in there. They keep a close eye on him with his medications. The doctor visits once a month, which is good. If there is any changes in medication or issues, they always call me to go over it with me. I appreciate the staff there. They work hard to know the people that are living there.

I have never had a problem with nursing. They are very caring, and I love every one of them. The transportation services have taken my mom to the doctor for me, which is a huge help. The fact that they can take my mom to her appointments is fantastic. It's like they're angels because it's such a huge help. My mom's area is always clean and her bed is always made. The activities have raelly helped my mom with her memory. She's always in the activity room and rarely in her room. They always seem to be busy with bingo, dominoes, and puzzles. I love the activities director. My mom seems to enjoy the food, and I think the variety is good. The management team is very informative and prompt with adjustments. they are nice and answer our questions. I think I am getting value for what I am paying.

My mother has been here for nine years, and the service is fabulous. Management is professional and very good. The dining service is excellent. The activities are very nice and appropriate for the residents. The housekeeping, maintenance and transportation is excellent. The care is better than excellent. It couldn't be better. I couldn't be happier with the care my mother receives here. I think the world of this community and I feel like it is a very good value.

The care staff manages all of my mom's medication, and they even label them. I'm very comfortable with the medical side of the community. Everything is wonderful. They are no strange smells. The housekeeper is there everyday, and he deep cleans once a week. There are very varied activities that keep the residents' minds stimulated. My mom ate her food and wanted even more. They offer a lot of food. Rick is the director of the facility, and he has been very open with us in regards to my mother. The best thing is that we're not worried about her. It's been fantastic, and it's the best thing that we've done for my mom.

Management always tends to our needs, communicates well and is very helpful. The quality and variety of the food is good. They are eating very healthy and I am sure you can order what you want. My wife is getting a good diet and food here. The activities, housekeeping and maintenance are really good. The caregivers are responsive and knowledgeable. They are attentive and when something has to be done they take care of it. It is fantastic. I am very happy with this community, the price is very fair and we are very happy with the services and accommodations here. This community is fantastic and my wife is very happy.

The dining is fantastic. I have seen the activities, and they are very positive. Housekeeping does very good at cleaning. The guy that cleans does a fantastic job. He is very conscientious and concerned about the residents. The caregivers are fantastic here. It is well worth the money that I am paying every month.
