Symphony at Centerville

Before moving in, the director came to my aunt's house with the director of nursing. They spent over an hour there trying to convince her to go. Carrie who is the director of marketing visited my aunt weekly and brought her some things. I also dealt with Chelsea who was the finance manager and she was very helpful. Everyone was as kind and considerate as they could be. She was only there for three weeks and two days but they treated her with dignity. I was pleased. I did see that they did have quite a few of the residents involved in the activities.The housekeeping and laundry were great. I saw the housekeepers all the time whether in a room or the hallways and they were just as kind and respectful as the rest of the staff. I don't have anything bad to say about them at all. Everything that went to the laundry came back. The building was excellent. The way the care givers treated us and her was excellent. We would go in a lot at different times and they were so kind and gentle with her and dealt with my aunt with respect and allowed her to have her dignity. I called on the phone a few times because I wasn't able to visit the first week and they took the time to answer my questions when I would call in.

The people that run the place are fantastic antastic. The director is very understanding. It is clear she cares about the people that stay there and her workers. The facility is brand new. Everything in the place is high quality. The food was fantastic, activities were great, and the nursing staff was friendly and went out of their way to help. They were all very proficient. The location was really good too. I like that it is off of the highway with easy access to shopping areas. It is also in a nice part of the city. My dad and I really liked it, and I could not recommend it enough. I have glowing reviews.

The caregivers that are there do an exemplary job. I have not had any complaints so far. They're outgoing to the residents, as well as with getting to know the families of thoses residents. They are very respectful. They are very knowledgeable about what they're doing and how they go about it. I think the care is very good. The maintenance fellow is always on the job and he's always doing what needs to be repaired or fixed or assisting in a resident's room. He's easy to get a hold of, and the response is very good. The building looks good, and it's tidy and clean. I think the housekeeping is excellent. It's timely. It smells clean. It looks clean. I find all of my husband's clothes clean and neatly folded or hung up. The activities director is fantastic. She does a beautiful job. Their variety of entertainment and activities is good. In dining, the menus are varied and tasty. I think the management team has done a wonderful job. The response time is usually immediate. Overall, I'm very pleased with Symphony at this point.

The management is wonderful. Ryan and Heather are just fabulous. They went out of their way to engage Dad. After he got there they greeted him and gave him a baseball cap and some candy. They went out of their way to find out what he liked and what he enjoyed. My dad says the food is good. At dining time, all of the staff is in there, including management. They are making sure the residents are drinking and eating and that the residents' needs are being met. My dad's room has always been clean. The maintenance guy is wonderful. My dad had trouble with his TV and his phone, and the guy just came right in there. The building is brand new, and it is beautiful. The care givers are wonderful. They have been really, really good. The nurses are fabulous and the physician that is working there is good too.

We moved because they didn't accept Medicare, but I liked it and thought the staff did a super fantastic job. I feel in love with how they were taking care of things, so you couldn't ask for anything better. Their transportation vehicle was super, the building interior was beautiful and the resident areas were fantastic. They kept at activities and residents looked forward to go. Staff helped feed residents and they offered good food. Overall, I wish we could have stayed there because I recommend it to others all the time.

I love the management there. Heather and Ryan are both wonderful. Anything that we have discussed with them they have moved to take care of it. The working staff that I have day to day contact with is wonderful. Heather had the perfect demeanor when we were bringing my mother into the facility. She is great at being an executive director and I appreciate her involvement with the patients.The food is very good. I like Josh's attitude toward being concerned about the food being healthy. I am so impressed with Alex the activities director, she has my mom doing everything. The staff is always very friendly and are asking me if I need anything.

We got a recommendation from a friend, checked it out, and moved my sister in. The care givers seem to be treating her really well. The maintenance guy there has been very helpful moving my sister in, very easy to deal with and helpful. The activities keep my sister busy, she's always off at one and she loves the field trips. The dining room seems nice and she likes the food there. Compared to other places, the price is very fair for what my sister gets.

For what we are paying right now, I think everything is going well right now. Management is really good at communicating, the food and servers seem to be pretty good and the residents all seem to really enjoy the interactive activities they have. Maintenance keeps things up really well and it seems like the caregivers give my wife some special attention which I appreciate. We have been very pleased at this community.

Management is really great, they know you by name and address you when you come in. The healthcare staff is wonderful, they're very caring and sweet. Any time I'm around them, they care about how they talk to each other and what's heard by the residents, they're great. Everything is always perfectly clean when I go there, I've been completely happy with everything. I feel confident she's being cared for with loving attention, we're very fortunate that we found them.

I can't say enough good about the management; they bent over backwards to work with me and take special trouble for my parents. The care staff truly has a heart for what they do and it shows how they treat the residents. Josh the executive chef was very good at what he was doing and very supportive of the motivations and the outputs of the job. Every time I went over to visit the place was spotless and the place is in excellent repair.
