Everybody is just so nice there. I really love what everyone does there and it has been really wonderful. They always seem to have a lot of things going on in activities and I feel like they are pretty appropriate for the people. The care staff is great.
The food is tasty, the apartment has a nice design and layout, and the laundry and housekeeping is consistently taken care of. In addition, the management and care staff are easily contacted, and they will always respond to my questions or needs.
The community is about as nice as they come, so I'd recommend it to anybody that is considering something like this. My wife's room is well kept, everything is maintained and the dining service is good.
Everything has been great. Tracy in the front office was super helpful throughout the whole process of moving mom in. Everything is really great with the housekeeping and the maintenance guy was very helpful when we moved in. My mom has enjoyed the activities she has done so far and the activities are done on a regular basis.
From the time he was there to when he left, they were very helpful, knowledgeable, they answered any questions I had. I feel like my husband was well taken care of because of the management. The dining and the service was excellent, As far as the nurses, Crystal was the main one, my husband just loved her and Shayla, the aide, was just perfect, she has just been so nice. I couldn't have picked a better place, it was perfect. He was well taken care of and I thank God for that.
The management really is very good. I am appreciative of everything that they did for my dad and how they were able to accommodate him.
I'm very pleased with their facility and their services. Compared to other facilities I looked at, I would say it's very competitive, it's where it probably will be and should be.
The management have all been very good. The place is nice and clean.
The community was recommended to us by my niece who is a nurse. Management is pretty attentive to our needs, they've been very accessible and respond pretty well. My mom seems to enjoy the food and I think they keep the residents pretty active throughout the day, every hour they have some activities for them to participate in. They have an excellent care staff.
The community was recommended to us by my dad's financial guardian who had a couple other clients over there who were really impressed with the facility. My brother and I looked at a couple and we found it to be the best. They are within $25 of what we were paying before and they're wonderful so I think the value is great. Christine in management is super and everything I saw in dining was wonderful. It's the cleanest place I've seen and we went to quite a few, the rooms were nice and clean, it's well-kept and well maintained.
