Symphony at Olmsted Falls

My loved one feels safe and comfortable at the community. The girls are always upbeat, and I see the nurse walking around in the mornings. The building maintenance is good and the housekeeping is very good. The activities I have seen take into consideration everyone's ability, whether it's going to a lake or getting ice cream before a movie. There is a variety on the dining menu. Management answers all of my questions. All in all, I'd recommend it with no problem.

The care staff appear to take excellent care of my father. The dining room is clean and the residents enjoy the food. Management has been very nice and has worked well with us. I feel he is very safe there and it is a secure community.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations provided to my father. The healthcare staff do a wonderful job and he likes them. I am happy with the flexibility and availability of the transportation. They do far better with their dining experience than some of the other communities and the service is satisfactory. The management seem very responsive and they get back to in a reasonable amount of time. It's nice to have that dependable follow through. Overall, the price is fair and feels both, safe and comfortable, so I absolutely would recommend it to others.

Management and the caregivers have been receptive to all my issues and the maintenance personnel are very nice and helpful. The food here is the best that I have ever seen.

The management has been nothing but helpful since day one. My mom got bad so quickly and they had less than four hours notice but they were able to take her right away. The dining staff knows that my mother doesn't eat chicken or turkey and they have been very helpful with that. They always make sure she gets something else if they serve chicken or turkey. Her apartment is always clean and her laundry is done. Before moving here she owned a small fortune in clothes but only wore the same things all the time. Now she wears a variety of things. The maintenance staff is phenomenal and the nurse is really good. My mother got a cold a couple weeks ago but they jumped right on it. The staff is just so kind to everyone including the visitors that we bring. For everything she is getting I think the price is great. This place is phenomenal and my mother is thriving here. She has always been skinny but is finally putting some weight on. We don't have to worry about her now that she is here.

Management is very helpful. They make me feel like they are here to help me. He likes the food, and the dining staff is tremendous and looks out for him. They make sure he gets his coffee and the things that he likes. I like that. The housekeeping is good, and the building is always amazing. The caregivers here have always been attentive to him. My grandfather loves it here. I don't worry with him here, and you can't put a price tag on that. I don't have to worry about neglect.

I chose this community for my mother because it's in a great location. I am very satisfied with the price, and she feels both safe and comfortable. The management was nice and cooperative during our appointment. The healthcare aides and nurses have made her transition easy and they're helpful. The building has a homey feel that feels likes home, and the maintenance man was there during the move in, giving us dollies and helping us. They clean my mother's clothes good and they have their own separate staff member to do the laundry, which makes it easier. They have a smart board that they're able to do activities with, and everything offered during dining is delicious. Overall, I am extremely, superly happy with the services and accommodations provided. I have actually told a friend about the community already.

It has a graet reputation, and I love the care. The care staff is friendly and totally understanding of the disease of dementia. They don't hesitate to call me if she's had a rough day, and they don't sugar coat anything. Joe, the maintenance man, is just wonderful. He is so helpful. He loves the residents. There is a pleasant odor, and everything is always clean. The housekeepers are very careful. I can't believe the number of activities they do. They generally have entertainment twice a week. They offer games and go on field trips. It includes the community, which helps the residents know they are still a part of the world. My mother has enjoyed all of the activities. She has been eating everything in sight, and we're very happy with that. They're very good with knowing the residents and what they like to eat.It's so worth it to know that your loved one is cared for. When we were greeted there, the people were knowledgeable right off the bat. You didn't have to worry about leaving. It was very welcoming.

With anybody that was working there and the nurses, they seem to be handling it. With anything I ask about pills and things like that, I'm very happy so far. I know that they have things going on to try to keep the residents busy. I think they're handling it pretty well. I know they try to keep them busy, and I'm happy for that. I would say the food is excellent, and the dining services were good. I feel very comfortable with the management. Becky is just the greatest gal. She tries to do her best. I think I made the right decision. I really haven't had any complaints.

Management is very courteous and to the point. They have answers for all your questions and I like the way they dress. They have good fashion sense and it shows that they put thought into what they look like. The food looks good and is presented nicely. His room is very nice and the maintenance man is very efficient and if you ask for something he will be there before you are. He is very personable and doesn't gripe about anything. He is very willing to help with anything that you have going on. The nursing services here are wonderful. I compared prices with other places and their price is very comparable to a shared room in other places but he has his own room here which makes him more comfortable. I know he is safe and well cared for here.
