Symphony at Olmsted Falls

I never had a problem with management, and they were very easy to work with. The food was very good, and she liked it. She enjoyed the activities offered. The care staff was very kind, helpful and attentive. The price was fair. Her room was very nice.

Management has been fine. They are real helpful, and whenever I have a problem, they either address it or get back to me right away. My aunt and uncle love the food. They talk about the menu variety and say there is plenty offered. I think the activities are very good. Everything seems fine with the housekeeping and everything is done by maintenance really well. The staff in transportation have been really accommodating and help get them to their doctor's appointments. The caregivers call me with all their concerns and do very well. I am very pleased, and this community has been a godsend to me. They have made everything easy for me. It is wonderful and very fairly priced.

My loved one has no problems there. The menus look great and there are plenty of activities, plenty of quality stuff. The care givers are so understanding and great, they're fabulous workers.

Management is doing a great job and the caregivers are always very responsive.

I chose this community because my father is in love with metro parks, birds and things so this setting was perfect for what I was hoping he would be able to see. You walk in and the staff know who each individual is including my father, which makes me happy. Joe, the maintenance guy, is an awesome guy. He's always there when we need things fixed, he's been great. My father says he likes the food and he's a picky guy so I'm happy. This is everything I could ever want for my dad at this point in his life.

Management was very good and everything was very well organized here. The food was excellent, my mother liked the activities when she would go and the housekeeping was excellent. They were cleaning all the time and Joe, their maintenance guy, was very personable and got anything done. The caregivers were very good as well.

I would recommend this community to anybody. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I know that my mother-in-law is safe, comfortable, and happy in this community.

Anybody that I came in contact with there was extremely nice and helpful. They were amazing people. The management helped to make things very easy, and I loved it there.

I chose this community for my mother because of the price, cleanliness of the place, the brightness of the place and everyone was very friendly. Management answers their phone calls and answers our questions. The staff seem to keep my mother awake longer and she's out of her room more than the last place she was at and my mother seems happy with the food.

There are no problems with anything going on over there management wise. Chrissy is a very nice person and I'm always greeted nicely when I walk in the door. The nurses are very attentive and the girls that come in to help my dad are very nice and helpful. Maintenance hung the pictures when we first moved in there and they did a nice job.
