Symphony at Richmond

My mom likes the food. The servers pay a lot of attention to her. Her room is always neat when we are there, and her laundry appears to be done on time. The care staff will call right away if anything happens, so that is good.

They do a good job keeping it clean. You can tell the maintenance staff that something is broken and they will fix it within two days. The care givers do an excellent job. They do a great job keeping me updated when she needs supplies.

I think the care givers there are fine. Housekeeping is good and we have no complaints with how maintenance takes care of everything. The activities are fine and the food’s very good there.

The dining is excellent and there are plenty of activities. The people are very nice there, if you call there for something, they're glad to help you.

She speaks highly of the caregivers and we are very happy with the price as it stands currently. The community is clean and we're happy they recently replaced the floors.

She knows she is safe because someone is here around all the time. That has improved her quality of life.

They communicate well with me what is going on and if there has been any changes. I think the care is good. He speaks highly of the med techs and everybody.

My mother tells me all the time that this is a good place and she feels real safe. The staff work well with her and they've been helpful when we've asked for some assistance.

They do a pretty good job with the dining and the residents enjoy the in-house activities offered.

The healthcare staff is great, I appreciate all the care they've given her. They're much better than the other place we had her, they call every time anything happens, they contact me.
