Symphony at Richmond

I think they are doing a really good job of providing the value we are paying for. I visit mother on several occasions and have found the food looks very nourishing. I have stayed for a couple of the daily activities and think they are doing a fine job with that. They are good about getting the residents to participate. The maintenance staff has been very accommodating with us. I would say the care staff are doing a fairly decent job as well

The reason we chose this community was from a personal reference and it was budget friendly. I feel it is an absolutely great value for my uncle. From what I saw when I toured the facility the food looked good. They had an alternative choice to what they served on the daily menu. My uncle was surprised with some of the bigger activities they had like the fall festival. I can say that every time I have been in his room it has been clean. I have no complaints about the services he receives from maintenance, transportation or care.

Any time my mom or I have a problem, management listens about it. Activities and the building overall are good, and I have no problem with the caregivers, they're all good.

The healthcare staff is pretty friendly and prettty knowledgebale about what is going on around there. Especially when it comes to my my father, anything that I need to know or should know they are usually on point with their remarks and their answers. In terms of housekeeping, when I do visit I check out his room and make sure it is clean, make sure his bed is made, make sure his laundry has been done, and that the floor has been washed. It is very clean to me. All in all, the building looks like it's in good shape.

In terms of care at the community, I think they all do fine. My grandmother seems to be very happy with all of the activities. The community has done a nice job of doing a little more upkeep and decorations. They are making more effort in keeping it look nice. The gentleman that takes her to her doctors appointments she has no problem with. It has been very helpful to her.

We visited the community and we liked the appearance and the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness. In regards to the dining, she has been eating very well and enjoying the food. She says that the food is really good and they don't repeat the same thing over and over on the menu. The building has been pretty clean. I have heard that she has participated in the bingo and some of the activities. Overall, I think the value has been good from what we have seen.

I chose this community for my cousin because it was close to where I work. Everybody in management is great, there are no problems at all, they're polite, courteous and very accessible. My cousin is happy with the food and her room is nice, clean and spotless; they do an excellent job. The healthcare staff are really good, they're excellent.

Management at Symphony is awesome. The food is really good, my brother really likes it and the servers are absolutely great. Housekeeping is awesome. Everything in the whole place is very clean and well kept. The care staff are awesome and my brother really likes them all. They do an awesome job.

Whenever I visit, my mom says she feels safe and comfortable. I've eaten the food and it was pretty good and my mom seems to enjoy the activities. The healthcare staff is always very friendly and seem to like my mom, they're attentive to her.

The staff know my mother, they know her name and where she's supposed to be, so I like that. I like that they know who she is, it's a little more personal, they can get her quirks and what to expect. I've been to a couple functions and I thought that the food was great. I think it's a place that the average person can afford and I think for what you get, it's a good place.
