Symphony at St. Augustine

It is a great place to live and they do a fantastic job at the community. The management communicates well with us and are very helpful. The quarantine is being handled very well. Anna who is the activities director and her assistant Lanna, they are fantastic. I don't know how they do it. They have tremendous energy and keep that place running. The chef and service in the dining room are great. The food is excellent and there is a good variety. The maintenance does a great job taking care of the place inside and out and I am very satisfied with everything. I am very happy with the community and everything they do for my mother!

I think the value is good and the staff keep them engaged. It's always clean and neat and there are pictures hanging. It's very fresh and it doesn't look like a Memory Care facility, it's homey. The staff is very patient and attentive.

The community does such a good job on the whole with my mother's care. The care staff always come to mothers needs almost immediately. Any time I bring up an issue about my mom they immediately check on her. They always keep me informed and call me if she has a fall or goes to the hospital. The activities are wonderful as well.

I don’t have to worry about my mother because I know she is being well cared for. The first night she was there was the first time I have slept well in a very long time. They really have helped there to make her transition much easier. They're extremely accessible and responsive whenever we need them. I've seen the activities, there is always a lot going on like they paint their nails and cook. The dining room looks very attractive and the meals seem delicious. They are excellent and treat my mother like family. She feels welcomed. They walk my mother to eat, and check on her. It has been amazing; she has been in another facility and compared to there she gets a lot of individualized attention. They have gone above and beyond!

I have never come across the loving care and the compassion that I have seen in these people that are there. They are so good and patient. They are very compassionate. They're excellent. They're just wonderful so far. The maintenance team is also excellent. The building is very clean. The activities are excellent. The activities director seems to be so on the ball. She has things all planned out. The activities are good and entertaining. The food is good. The management team was very good. They were very informative. We wouldn't have gone there if they weren't. My husband is as happy as anyone could be being put anywhere except home. He very very comfortable now with the staff. The sweet aides are all wonderful and they all love him. They take good care of it.

My mom is still pretty aware of things, and her words to me are, 'They treat me like a queen.' "They have been really good to answer all of my questions, especially during the process of moving her in. They have plenty of activities and a good variety. The care staff seem to be very involved with all the residents there. Anytime I have had a question, they are right there to answer or help me with her. So far, I've been really impressed with the whole process. They made it as easy as possible and they have really been there for us. We really appreciate it. The maintenance man has been awesome. So far, housekeeping has been great. The management team went as far as to send me pictures, and i think that was above and beyond.

We chose this community because my cousin and I liked the place, loved the people, and it's really clean. Management is fine, my grandfather gets 3 meals a day, and we're satisfied with housekeeping services. The healthcare staff is awesome, very attentive and very accommodating, and have done everything exactly how I asked. There are plenty of varied activities and the maintenance man is delightful. All in all, for everything you get and for my family's peace of mind, the price is definitely fair.

.They have the activities, and the whole focus was on alzheimer's and dementia. I think most of the staff is very attentive and pleasant. He loves the music and they get him involved. The transportation services were very helpful and the staff is very friendly.

Management is caring, efficient, professional. They're just really good. Cara, the Director, and her staff are first rate. The food is good. They've done just wonderful work with him. The lady in charge of activities is terrific. She's great with dad. Housekeeping and maintenance are doing a wonderful job. The place is spotless. The staff all looks after him and checks on him. He's getting what he's paying for.

I am very happy with the management. They have always been very helpful to me with anything that I need. They have a lot of activities and my mom is continuously busy. My mom was a care giver in a facility so she takes on that role there...she helps people there. My mom does extremely well and they all know her and appreciate her help.
