Symphony at Stuart

In the past six months my mother-in-law has lived here the front desk has been very helpful and very friendly. There is always a large selection of activities available and housekeeping seems to keep up with everything.

It's been great for my parents at Symphony at Stuart. It's such a relief that I can visit my daughter and know that they're taken care of. The management is respectful, knowledgeable, and accessible and takes care of problems right away. They got a new Chef and the food has been much better, so I don't think my dad hasn't eaten so well in his life as he does now. The activities are good. My parents have gone to movies, so they enjoy those and they even went to a singing show, so of all of the things that they have participated in, they have liked. My mom, who is very hard to please cleanliness wise, complimented housekeeping services on Monday for doing such a nice job that she did, so that too has been satisfactory. Maintenance has been definitely and extremely helpful; they repainted the whole room for us before they moved in. The community itself is beautiful too and my parents enjoy sitting out in the garden area. Overall, it was a big step for them, but I think they're really enjoying life there and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I needed to find a place that did Memory Care so I had talked with Julie and some of the staff worked at the other facility and I liked them, the facility where my mom was didn't have Memory Care. I ate there the other day and everything has been good. They have a calendar of activities and the Director sends out a newsletter, they do a good job with the transportation services. I have another friend who has his mother there and we seem to be satisfied.

The management is so friendly and informative on anything that I need or ask about. They are really good. My dad enjoys the music that this community brings in. Maintenance is wonderful and my dad really likes the transportation. The nurses at this community are very friendly.

Symphony at Stuart is clean, the entertainment is great, they have movies and they have everything you could ever think of. Management is wonderful and all of the people are happy here. I haven't gone to many of the activities but the ones I have gone to I liked a lot and they have a beautiful piano in the lobby. Housekeeping keeps everything nice and clean. George is excellent and he does everything in this place including the transportation. The nursing staff is unbelieveable, they're very good and helpful. I'm very happy living in this community.

My mom has lived at Symphony since last year and I feel the price I am paying is fair. Everyone at the front desk is very nice and helpful, the dining happens to be their shining light and it's really nice how active they try to keep them. The place has only been open for a year so it's beautiful and she goes on every trip she can so she actually stays busier than I am. In terms of care, the aides are all lovely people and I find them to be knowledgeable and responsive, so I am happy with our experience at Symphony at Stuart so far.

My mom wasn’t there very long, we moved her out after a year because she needed a higher level of care. They did a very good job. For the level of are they can give it’s good and awesome. Food is fine, and if I was a resident there I would have said activities were good. The building looks terrific, and we were satisfied with the housekeeping and laundry. It's a good community and I'd recommend it.

My sister recently moved into Symphony at Stuart. Management has been able to handle all my questions and one of the things I can say is that if there was something there couldn't answer, they'd get me an answer immediately, so I'd recommend Symphony in a heartbeat. The dining looks wonderful and the activities seem to be great. We have only been there a few weeks, but they've already offered my sister a tour of downtown and she has gone bowling. When I visited, they also had Zumba going on in the piano area. All in all, her room was in immaculate shape when she moved in and there have been no problems, so things have been very good.

Being that it is brand new, it's excellent and management has been respectful. From what I have seen so far, they seem to do quite a bit of activities and I have no qualms with the housekeeping. The service in the dining room is excellent and when I have any concerns, the Health and Wellness Director and the admitting people have been nothing but helpful and pleasant.

I just moved in last month. The dining has been good. The orange juice in the morning is consistently the best I've ever had. I have it every morning. It's really excellent day after day. The nurses, caregivers, and Med Techs are terrific. Housekeeping is above and beyond. When we go to breakfast, the team comes in like an army with mops. My wife is happy, my apartment smells good. I think management here has done really well.
