Symphony at Valley Farms

The personnel there are just family. They are just great people and good people makes it that much easier for the families. They've become family to us. Management is very good and if I have any issues I'll call them. They're doing an excellent job handling the Covid situation. The activities and housekeeping are excellent, and they take good care of my Dad. Maintenance also seems to be very good and the building is in excellent condition.

Everything has been fine since we have been here. The girl in charge of the activities is real good with the residents and with keeping morale up. They do a pretty good job with housekeeping and it seems like maintenance keeps up with everything. Whenever she has something that isn't working the maintenance guy comes and takes care of it. They do a good job of transporting her and the caregivers do what they are supposed to do.

The community is doing great with the Covid19 situation. Connie and the nurses, Tammy and Jennifer, they have been great calling me to facetime with my father. They are doing the best job they can with what they have. The apartment and building is clean and well maintained and the food is really good. I have eaten there before and my father likes the food. My father feels comfortable and safe living at the community and they really have some great staff! They are taking great care of him.

It's evident that they care about the residents and are eager to address any issue we may have. He's well taken care of, try their best and do an overall good job.

I am very happy with the community and I think they do a great job with my mother. The management is great and they do an excellent job. I would recommend the community to anyone who is thinking about moving their parents.

The management is very friendly and try very hard to please us patrons. They try really hard to please the residents and make an effort. The maintenance man at the community has been awesome with my mother. She uses the transportation services and that has been going well. She is able to go to the doctor and specialists. The housekeepers do a really good job with the apartment cleaning and I have eaten lunch there before and the food was very good.

I really like the things that they have set up. Everything is very nice. Part of the reason we chose that facility was because we were pleased with everything that they had to offer. It is always so nice and clean when we go in there and the condition of the building is very nice. The care givers are doing a wonderful job. I don't have any complaints. Everyone in the community are just wonderful to my family. We are there on a daily basis and they are just wonderful. They are just a good group people there.

The management has been very, very helpful. Connie has bent over backwards to help me and my family and even down to the point of giving us her personal cell phone. She was there through all my tears and all my stress. I really, really appreciate all she has done for us. The servers in the dining area are very nice and very helpful. The housekeeping and the laundry are great. Rusty in maintenance did a great job. He came in even on a Saturday and he didn't have to. I really appreciated that. He went above and beyond and was very nice. The care givers really are on their job and they are very respectful. Terry who is the aide there has really helped my mom a lot. She is a very hard worker and is always willing to help my mom. She jumps in there and does whatever my mom needs.

There's no one that I have seen or talked to that I could say one bad thing about. When you walk in the front door, everyone has a smile on their face, and everyone asks if they can help you. I don’t have one single thing to complain about. I tell everybody that I have nothing bad to say about them. From what I see, there's nothing that I could do different or would want them to do different. The caregiver that comes in is just fabulous. She's just as sweet as she can be. The maintenance man is fabulous. He comes in that minute. Regardless of what it is, he is there. He is wonderful. The building is always clean, and it looks brand new. With everything I have seen, I couldn't make a complaint. It's always so clean. The dining area is very clean, and the service is very accommodating. They help her with every little thing. Every single one of them up there is wonderful. I told them up there that if I would need something and could afford it, I would move there in a heartbeat. The people are just absolutely wonderful, and the place always looks great.

Overall, I'm really happy that my father is there. The care staff is very personable and caring. The maintenance team arrived as soon as they were called. The activities have been very good. My father and I love the good, and the dining service is great. I can call with a question, and the team is there to help with anything.
