Managements accessibility and response time are real good. They have a lot of activities and keep them busy. Care and nursing make sure she has her meds and they know every patient by name and what they need and their schedules.

Everybody has been great, and Miss Connie especially. We just appreciate that she has somewhere safe to be. It's been great. Every department is really good about communicating and explaining things. Miss Connie just went above and beyond anything. Everybody has been amazing and really great with her. She gets assistance with getting a shower, and she says that everybody is just so kind and patient. In terms of maintenance, she said that usually somebody will respond and give plenty of information about how long a job would take. There's a good variety of activities. It sounds like there's a lot going on. She brags about all the variety on the menu. As far as what they serve, she always says it is very good and well presented. The mangement team has been so helpful. They will return your call pretty much any time. She doesn't want to have to move anywhere else. It's been invaluable for her.

Management is always there if you need them. I have always been able to get a hold of them if I needed to. Anytime I have had to have the transportation service bring her to a doctor's appointment, they have been there and get her there on time. The housekeepers are there a lot, and they clean a lot. She can do her own laundry, but sometimes they do it for her just to help her. They have lots of activities for them. They are well planned and entertaining. Anytime she has had anything that needs to be fixed, the maintenance team is always there. They always come when she calls them. The condition of the building is good. The care staff are also always there, and they are accessible.

She has seemed to really settle in well. I think that is due to the staff. She says she wants to go home, but she has gotten to the point where she isn't as upset when you tell her she can't. I think that has a lot to do with the entire environment and staff. The staff is wonderful. They are very caring and patient. I couldn't do what they do. There seems to be a good variety of activities, and they seem to enjoy them a lot. It is a beautiful place.

My brother loves the food. They have a nice assortment of menu options, and the servers do a good job. There are enough activities here, and they have done an outstanding job of working with him to do things that aren't on the activities list. The housekeeping is outstanding, I love his apartment. The building is immaculate. Maintenance is always quick to respond to his needs. Connie, the director, is very efficient and quick to respond to phone calls. She is organized and very professional. Compared to all the places we visited, she has no doubt been the best.

Management addresses all of our concerns, and the healthcare staff is on top of things. They always give me reports and call me if there have been any changes on anything. They keep me pretty up to date. It's a nice, clean facility.

Connie was very informative about everything. The healthcare staff was awesome, they treated him like family. The maintenance man was very nice. He had a nice apartment, and he was very comfortable. The place was awesome. If I were to put my dad somewhere like that again, it definitely would be there.

I can call management night or day, there is someone who responds to issues we have and the caregivers have been wonderful. The activities are wonderful and we feel like we are part of the community here. The housekeeping is wonderful and if you put a work order in, maintenance will get to it. For personal care, this community is wonderful. I can't believe how much nicer this community is compared to other communities.

The care givers keep me informed about my mother. The landscaping is well maintained, the building too. Her place is always clean and her laundry is always clean. I'd say the food is very good. The managers care about the residents and are very good at communicating with me. For the services she's getting it's a fair value.

I think the price is reasonable in comparison to other locations.My aunt uses the transportation and they have been very good at taking her to the doctor and the care givers do a great job contacting me about her doctor care and her labs and all that.
