Symphony at Valley Farms

Management is on top of everything and my mother loves the food. We're 100% satisfied.

The management is very knowledgeable, very in-tune with my mom's needs. We’re satisfied with dining and they seem like they try to keep people involved in activities. Housekeeping has been good, they clean regularly. Overall the care has been good.

Management was thorough and really good with answering our questions. They give us good feedback whenever we need anything, they're just very thorough and kind. The healthcare staff has been very good at answering my questions, they're always very readily available for me when I'm there. I would say they're the best in the city, I'm very happy with everything. It's beautiful, it's a breath of fresh air to walk into that place, it's really nice. I'm very happy we found it, it's just lovely.

They treat the residents like it is their home. The staff is very attentive, willing to talk to you and are just very nice. The transportation is great and Mom uses it for shopping and appointments.

The caregivers are excellent and maintenance does an excellent job. They have good meals and the servers have always been really good with the residents. The activities seem like they are pretty interesting and they always have something going on every day.

All of the staff members, especially Connie, are extremely compassionate and helpful. It's a clean facility and they try to accommodate their needs with activiites. It's been a God-send for us!

The workers are very kind, it's a good group of people, I'm very impressed with them. They have some wonderful people there; the whole group is magnificent, it absolutely makes a big difference. The healthcare staff is very kind and attentive to my uncle, they're paying attention and taking care of him.

It feels more like you're with family rather than professionals. Everyone is friendly and reassuring, so they have a great staff there. The Nurses are very informative and we have learned a lot more from them at the community discussing his diseases, Alzheimer's and Dementia. Every time I go into the community, everything is clean and things are just very nice maintenance wise.

It's very much a family oriented facility and they make everybody feel like family and are very attentive to the residents' families. It's very impressive that regardless of their position or titles, management is all willing to help do everything. The activities are wonderful, they offer so many activities throughout the day that for residents who don't get to go out during the day a lot, they can stay very busy and engaged. She has the most wonderful group of nursing aides that you could really possibly have, we've had absolutely no complaints with any of them, they're very attentive to her.

It was close to our home so we moved her in. There are lots of activities provided and the healthcare staff has been been really nice, we've been really pleased with them; they're so good to my loved one. Management was excellent, really friendly, Connie was just more than helpful.
