Terazza of Cheviot Hills

My father lives at the community and it's a nice, clean place for your loved one. The healthcare staff is respectful, knowledgeable and responsive. Maintenance staff keeps everything up around the building and everything in the room is in working order. For the population age, the activities seem entertaining and they bring opportunities to him. The food seems to be well prepared, the dining is well organized and they mix up the menu variety. The management is very respectful and very knowledgeable. Overall, he feels safe and comfortable living there.

The staff seems to understand the residents and they are good with my uncle. I have watched them over the years and they do a good job. The overall building has improved dramatically since he first moved in. They do a really good job with housekeeping. Overall, my uncle has been very happy with the food. We are getting a fair treatment for what we are paying.

Management is very good, they are responsive and do their best to take care of him. My impression of housekeeping is that it is really excellent and the caregivers do their best. They make sure his needs are met and that he gets help when he needs it.

The food is really good. My mother has been satisfied with it. They keep them pretty involved. There is musical programs, they have celebrations, they recognize birthdays, they have games and activities. The housekeeping and bedding have all been pretty good. They are pretty attentive. They provide her with showers and assistance to the food areas. They are very kind and nice people.

The managements communication is really good. They have meetings and I feel like we are heard and listened to and things are taken care of and addressed. I have no complaints on anything. They are very caring and considerate and very pleasant.

The med techs are very good. They are very responsive and very attuned to my loved one. They've very good to him. He has used the transportation, and it's been excellent. They offer a lot of things for people to do. The food is quite good. I think they do a very good job with the good. They have diverse meals. Management is also very good. They're very attentive to my loved one, and they anticipate his needs. I think it's a pretty good deal and it's very cost effective. I would recommend it.

One of the reasons I chose this community was because of the number of people living here. There are only about 80 and other places I looked were much more than that. There is a wide variety of food options and activities to satisfy the residents. Also, the healthcare staff is very helpful, the housekeeping is good, and the building is well maintained. If any issues were to occur, the management is accessible and responsive.

This has overall been a great and wonderful experience for my mom and she is very happy there. Anything I have brought up they have responded appropriately. They are very courteous and makes you feel like you are part of the family there. I can't tell you how happy I am with the responsiveness and attention to detail she gets from the care staff. Any little problem they get involved and try to solve it.

In the year and a half my mother has been here the value seems fair. I think the management staff is on top of things and is attentive. I think the food is good; it has good variety. I see the menu choices and it looks pretty interesting to me. I have had some of the meals and I thought they were quite good. The just redid the whole front, the flowers, and the carpets are always clean. The nurses are great. They are her source of entertainment in the day. They are not only nice to my mom, but a lot of the different patients there. I can tell they have a pretty good working relationship with the tenants. We have had good luck.

When I toured Terazza, it was above my expectations. So far, everything seems to be working out fine. I am very pleased with my selection for my mother. It isn't like being at home. But, you can't get the type of care and services at home that are being provided at the community. I am very satisfied with the care they are providing, the friendliness of the staff, and the maintenance of the building. She fell out of the bed at 2am and they called me right away. They are on top of things. They give her medication in a timely manner. I think the nursing team is very alert and cognitive of the needs of the patient.
