Thunderbird Senior Living

It is probably the best place for my Mom. It is a safe environment and she stays very active. I think things are managed pretty well and they have done a good job during this Covid 19. I have eaten there a couple times and been impressed with their service and their food. Plus, the facility is very neat and clean and the maintenance stays on top of things in her apartment.

If someone needs a place to go, I'd say this is the place. They have something for anyone to do. They play cards and take you on trips. They go to different parks to let you see how different things are done. They are very good about that. They clean my apartment and take care of everything with maintenance. The food service is great, especially during our quarantine for Covid. They are going out of their way now. We have to eat in our rooms now and they are doing a wonderful job.

My father lives at the community and I am satisfied with the services he receives. His room is always clean and the laundry service is satisfactory. Whenever I am over there, they're always doing something activity wise with the residents. His only exposure to their transportation services is when he goes on field trips, but I am impressed that they even do that. The management is really good from what I can see and they're respectful. He feels safe and comfortable at the community.

I feel she is safe there and well taken care of. I feel like it is a very good place. It puts me at ease to know she is there and well taken care of. I also appreciate the gate closures at night and the way they lock up the building. It is safe for her. The housekeeping comes in every other week and she likes that part. They do a very good job and she is happy with the people that has been in there. My mother is very happy with the activities they have there. I have a printed out calendar emailed to me every month and what they have there is amazing. She gets to pick and choose. There are a lot of them that she does repeatedly.

My experience with the management team has all been good. They are very accommodating. They have a lot of activities there and mom takes part in just about everything they offer. From what I see, I would say Mom is very happy with the house cleaning. They are always taking care of the building. She uses it to go to the store, bank and dentist. She seems to have no trouble and has never complainted about it.

I would recommend the community to anyone that would be interested. The place is wonderful. I chose it because I looked at several before I came here and Katie was absolutely great with me. I brought my daughter with me and she was impressed with Katie too. The care staff is very good at what they do. The housekeeping is great. Janice comes in and does a good job. The management is very good at what they do and take care of me."

Management is all very helpful, there seem to be a lot of activities to do, housekeeping comes regularly and whenever I have had an issues maintenance takes care of it right away. I think the building is very good and our needs are taken care of.

The food is really good at the community right now. My father and I have been really impressed with the difference lately. There seems to be a lot of activities to do and they keep the residents busy. There is a good variety. Also, everytime I am there the apartment is clean and the maintenance addresses any issue fast."

Management has been very nice. They have answered all of my questions. He loves the dining room there. He gets lots of choices and if he doesn't want to eat it there, he can take it to his room. He has fallen twice and they have sent someone right up both times. The building maintenance is very nice. Compared to what we've seen at other places and where he was at, we are satisfied.

My mother feels comfortable and I am satisfied with the accommodations she receives at the community. The maintenance staff is always taking care of things and the overall grounds are beautiful. The lady that cleans the apartment is wonderful and comes routinely. The activity calendar looks full and she loves their morning exercises, dominoes and Wii bowling. They have great options on the dining menu and the food is delicious. All in all, my brother and I have no problems with security. She feels safe and we have peace of mind.
