Everything I ask of management to do for me, they follow through and they do it. Transportation service is always either on time or gets me places ahead of time. The building is really kept up and the maintenance staff is fantastic. The staff comes for laundry, washes it, folds it and puts it back on the same day. All in all, I absolutely feel comfortable and safe at the community.

I am very impressed with the management. They make sure I am ok. They come by three or four times to see if I need help. They are very helpful. Overall, the food is very good and the menu is fine. The housekeeping is excellent.

I think the care, the cleanliness, everything is important to seniors. In my experience it comes down to the food in the dining room. As long as they serve quality food in the dining room people will stay happy.

I think the management is very good and the interactions have been positive. Everything with the building is neat and clean. My mom has used the transportation and it has been good. I think it works for her. It's a good place.

Maintenance has been fine for mom, housekeeping is done every two weeks in Independent Living and it's also fine. The activities have been consistently entertaining. My mom enjoys the dining and food. Management overall seems pretty good, they are on top of things and respectful. I think the price is fair, the value is good.

My parents both love the quality of the food and the service is good as well. They have good dining hours and the food is readily available. My parents also love the housekeeping and laundry service, everything seems to be going very well with their cleaning. My parents use the bus for their doctor's appointments and the shopping shuttle, that is a great service. Maintenance has been very responsive and the facilities and the lobby, everything seems to be clean and in working order. This is the friendliest and most welcoming place.

The management team is doing very well running this place. Dining is good, we have choices, the food is very good, and service is very nice. I think the activities planned well and entertaining. Housekeeping consistently does very well and the maintenance team has always responded well. I can use the transportation service here to go doctors and it's very good. All in all, the price is reasonable considering what we get.

Management was great and the dining staff was friendly. Housekeeping did a good job and maintenance was helpful. It is a nice building, I love the grounds and the building is really pretty.

I was comfortable when I first toured the community, management has answered all my questions and has been accessible. Maintenance was helpful with the move-in as well.

This community is by far the most reasonable price and has the best services, apartment, and physical plant of everybody. Mom’s apartment is just right, her place is always really clean. Maintenance has been phenomenal, a huge help. The managers have been very good at assisting my mom during her stay and have been very accessible and responsive. Mom says the food is good and the wait staff is very nice and there are a lot of activities, she loves the Friday night dances. The entire staff has been very helpful with mom's stay, and they're always good at responding. We appreciate it, the service they provide is awesome.
