The Villas at Sunset Bay

I appreciate everything this community does for my mother. The caregivers are amazing. They're just so attentive and so sweet and patient and kind. They know me, they know my family, and they are so good with my mother. I think they have really cute activities, and I know they're always trying to keep the residents active and moving, whether it be with bingo or cornhold or painting. The chef there is fantastic, and the food is delicious. Everything is fresh, and there are healthy food choices. The dining service is very good and caring when they're asking the residents what they want to eat. The management team is really personable, and if I have questions, they're right on it to get back to me. If they have information to share, they call me or send me emails. They're really good with their communication, which I appreciate.

Everyone seems really friendly. The dining room is always nice and clean. It actually has a variety of items to chose from and not just what they are serving that day. I am satisfied with the services being received from housekeeping, maintenance and care as well.

I'm pretty pleased with the care my dad gets at this community. I have not gone there where I was upset or had to complain. Everything is within reason. I don't have any complaints about the building. He participates in some activities, and they encourage him to. They take him there. He especially enjoys bingo. Every time I go, I find him doing different things. He enjoys the food. It's looks good. I've never had any issues there. They've taken excellent care of him. I'm happy with this community.

The new director of nursing is very responsive and active in helping. The dining staff is very good, the variety of menu is there, and the soups are great. The laundry is very consistent, and the maintenance man is very nice and attentive to the residents. He is very good, and the building is good. The value is good when you compare it to other communities.

Mom started doing more activities recently. There's painting, crafts, bean bag toss, dogs, and bingo. The food is very good, and the dining room staff is great and accommodating. Housekeeping is always excellent. Maintenance responds quickly. The caregivers are very accessible. They check on mom, and answer my questions right away. I think the value in this place is pretty good. I'd recommend it in a minute to anybody. It's a great place. I am happy with everyone there.

Management has been a lot of help, and the caregivers are very efficient. The food smells good, and my mom likes it. Housekeeping is very good with the cleaning. It is very nice. She had her TV installed and needed her shower fixed, which maintenance did immediately. I haven't had any problems. We are very happy with this community.

It's a wonderful place. I can't say enough good about it. He's got a doctor that's working with us to give him medication to make him feel better. I don’t have any problems with the housekeeping. I swa the activities room, and I saw that it's bright and happy and open. I sat in on some of their activites, and the activities girls are just wonderful. They engage the residents and they have a nice variety of things for them to do. The food looks delicious, and it has a nice variety to it. The management team has been wonderful. I think that they're very friendly, but they're also very professional and very concerned about your loved one. I think that they have really made Carl and me very comfortable. Their smiles and caring attitudes are wonderful.

The care givers have been great to my mother. Management is going a great job and maintenance is great too. Her apartment is beautiful. She loves the entertainers who come in and sing. She is safe there.

My dad has been there for a few years and I have no complaints. We're very happy there, I've never encountered a problem there. The environment is clean and I can't complain about my dad's stay there. My dad has never complained to me about the food. My dad is participating in different activities and he seems to enjoy it. Maintenance has been helpful if we ever need anything.

Management is pretty good and the food is tasty, my mom enjoys it. My mom doesn't really get involved in the activities but the ones I have seen seem to be good. Sometimes they bring in a dog and they'll have singers for entertainment.
