They are doing a good job with the pandemic. Management is doing a good job and are keeping people informed about what is going on in this crisis. They have worked well with my family in regards to the care of my mother. They are keeping everyone safe and following guidelines laid out by the State or the federal government. Housekeeping is keeping her room clean and they are keeping up with her laundry. Maintenance has addressed any issues that have come up immediately and the building is well maintained. The caregivers seem to be a good and caring group and they are able to work with her.

The healthcare staff is very kind and really want what is best for the residents. The building always appears to be in good standing. My mother gets a good variety of activities and they're doing the best they can. She has no complaints with the dining. The management have all been very responsive if I have questions or if I need whatever. Overall, my mother feels safe, comfortable and she is getting good services at the community.

They did a fabulous job. I'm very sad that my mother is no longer there and she's sad not to be there, too. It's no more expensive than other places and certainly much better. They're definitely the best. They know all the residents. They wander the halls talking to the residents. They know the family and wave at me when I walk in. My mother was thrilled and that's all that matters. My mother was busy all the time. They have a nice variety and they encourage the residents to come. They had a lot of different things going on from religious services down to Bingo and cards. They do a good job of keeping things clean and being very nice to the residents. The building outside is beautiful and looks welcoming.

The management is very attentive to the resident's needs. My mom and dad have always said that they have loved the food and they are making more things from scratch and fresh and that sort of thing. The activities staff keep the interest of the residents in mind and try to provide activities for them. My mom and dad participate in a ton of activities and they love it. I know that they are very happy with that part of their lives. The housekeeping and laundry are great and the building has always looked wonderful when I have been there and whenever my mom and dad have put in a request it is always taken care of. My parents love it there.

The management staff have been professional and the director is accessible. Overall, it has been a positive experience. The atmosphere in the dining area is really nice and the food is very nutritious. They do a great job with the activities. The housekeepers are very prompt and they do a wonderful job and it is very clean. The laundry is excellent too. Every time we have called the maintenance staff or he has to call them they have been right there to help and very efficient. The care givers are very caring and they are there when they are supposed to be there. Overall, everybody there is extrememly friendly.

I'm happy at this community. The transportation services are good, and they're right there when you need them. The maintenance services are very good. They get things done when you need them. I would say the maintenance and landscaping is very good. The housekeeping services are also very good, and they have two or three that dust, vacuum and mop once a week. In terms of activities, they're very good at outings. They go different places. There's plenty on the menu, and there are always vegetables and fruit. The food is good and the service is good.

The staff is very accommodating, and I feel very comfortable here. I just want everyone to know that I feel safer here and 100% better than I did when I had my own home when my husband died. The care is great. If we have a medical problem or anything, they're right there. The maintenance is great, and the building and grounds are great. The housekeeping and laundry services are also great. We have a lot of activities, like cards gams and puzzles. The food is very good, and if you have an allergy to something on the food, they want to know. The service is also very good. The director is always around and asking if we're comfortable and if we've got what we need.

Mangagement is very good about keeping me up to date on policy changes. They send letters out and keep me posted to the changes that happen here. The food here is so good. Her room is clean every time I visit and the landscaping is really nice. The care staff is on top of everything.

My mother is getting good care at the community and she is happy down there, which is priceless. The healthcare services did good with the assessment and have been very attentive. The building looks to be in good condition and I can't wait to see it in the spring or summer time. Laundry gets done, the room is kept up with and she participates in the activities. The dining room looks very nice and my mother has said the food is good. Everyone in management has been great and very helpful. Overall, she feels safe, comfortable and we're very pleased. Everyone is doing their best and the atmosphere is upbeat.

We did a lot of research on what was available, and we really like that facility. Everyone has been truly fantastic, and I really appreciate them. Jan and Joy at the front desk are really wonderful. I've had no problems with them. They've been communicative. I know there has been a lot of changes in the last year, and they have handled it well. I like the variety of activities there, and they are encouraging him to do some. He hasn't ever been very social, so I am impressed that he has done what he has. The care is very good. They are attentive and knowledgeable.
