Walden Place

Everything is great here. I feel safe. The food is perfect and we do not have the same thing over and over again. They have very good activities. The care staff are great. If I have a headache I can go down and get an aspirin or ibuprofen. I have medication from my doctor's office and they give it to me. I have no problems.

The building looks very good and well kept to me. My father is very happy with the housekeeping and has told me that more than once. He says the food is good, there is a large variety and the is particularly happy with the salads. When I went with him to get information about the community, information from management was good, clear and consistent, so they're terrific. Overall, I think it was a good decision to come here and it's worth the money, so the value is fantastic.

Management is doing very well and seems to be very committed to and cares about the residents a lot. I am impressed with the variety and frequency of the events and dad has been happy with the dining. Housekeeping is good, I have always appreciated the landscaping and transportation has gone very well.

My mother loves the dining, she think she's eating in a luxury restaurant every day. She loves the fact they have a great variety of food, she loves they're feeding her things at 95 that she's never eaten before. The service is great, they know everybody by name and how my mother likes her coffee. My mother is enjoying every minute of the activities, there are all kinds of different things for the residents. They're having a memory class every day doing a different activity and my mother is so excited about doing it. It has gorgeous gardens, it's a lovely place. I think they're doing an excellent job, I'm so thrilled we found it.

Management is really tenderhearted and understanding. There are many activities that go on here and maintenance has taken care of everything that we have asked for. The aides are good and it seems to be that they are very qualified and attentive. They respond quite soon when you push your buzzer.

Her room is very nice. We are very pleased with the care givers, they know her by name, take good care of her, and she loves them very much. I see the activities on the app and I see the residents interacting with staff. Dining is very good, she's very happy with the food. I think the managers are very good, I am very happy. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you, they are very nice people. I am happy she's there.

It's a lovely place. The staff genuinely care about my sister. They're very good at keeping her involved. They're always good about dressing her up and making sure she looks pretty.

The dining staff is very attentive, they weren't just waiters and waitresses, if they saw someone that needed help, they helped them. Maintenance is excellent, it's very clean and well ventilated. The hands on caregivers are very courteous, very knowledgeable, and do what they do very well.

I liked the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the care the patients seemed to be getting. I think management is genuine and concerned. I visit pretty much daily and see each of the meals, they seem wholesome and very appealing. Everything is clean, the floors are neat.

My mom lives in Walden Place and everybody there is just always so courteous, wonderful and everyone bends over backwards to help with everything, so it's a great community. The care is excellent, there is enough staffing and activitites are both, entertaining and well planned, so I can't thank the staff and administration there enough because they have done so much to help her.
