It's definitely a nice facility, and that's why we chose it. It didn't feel like a nursing home, and she has a nice room. The food is so good. For her to have three good meals on a regular basis, it is just amazing. The food is excellent, and the dining room is always clean. The fact that they have good food is one of the best things.

The care staff have been doing an amzing job. I can't say enough about how sweet they are, even though they have every reason not to be. The transportation services always take my mom on time and pick her up on time. I don't have to worry about that. The building maintenance is great. Housekeeping is amazing. They do a great job. My mom loves the activities that they do. They come up with new things all the time. I think they do a really good job on activities. They also do really well with the dining. They've been very accommodating on things that she would like to have. They try hard to please her, so I appreciate that about them. I really like everybody there. They're friendly and helpful. Ashley is just the best. I am extremely happy. I don't have to worry about anything. They're really good at calling me if there are any issues. They are just amazing. I don't have to worry at all. I can't say enough good things.

The management seems to address the needs as the arise. In regards to the dining, they seem to have plentiful portions and a good variety. When I have been there, it seems like it has a good quality. The servers are great and very accommodating. Housekeeping and laundry are great. Her room is clean. She is a little unroganized, and they help her get organized. It is very appropriate. You can tell that they are coming in regularly. It doesn't smell bad.

She's been there almost five years now and they've been really good for her. Management is doing great and the healthcare staff always calls us with anything. David, the maintenance man, does just about anything we ask him to do. I don't know what more you could ask for.

Mom feels very safe and secure there. The care givers seem to be really good on her medications and they are very prompt and cooperative. She uses transportation for in-town visits, it's great and helpful. They set her appointments and schedule it all for her when they need to. They seem to have quite a few activities planned and keep folks active. She likes the exercise and the field trips like to the old fishing hole and up to the senior center for a dominoes tournament, and other activities away from the community. It's a very nice apartment, and whenever I am there her apartment is always clean. Maintenance is pretty good. They're good assisting with hanging pictures and stuff. Everything seems to be good with food and the service staff is friendly. Management makes certain everything gets done that needs to. They're generally available and when I do need to talk to them they're very friendly. The price is reasonable, for all they provide the value is good.

I have nothing but good things to say. When I go home at night, I feel like she is safe and cared for. I am so happy that she is happy. She looks better than she has in over a year.

The management is doing a pretty good job. The wait staff are attentive to how the residents would like their meals. They have a young fellow there named David in maintenance and he will go out of his way to fix whatever needs to be fixed. He is a really good worker. The building is very light and bright and organized and homey. It is very open and light in there. I think that makes a difference in how the residents feel. The care givers are pretty good at alerting us if she feels bad. The girls seem to be on top of it and are very respectful towards us.

My mother is comfortable and happy here. Her apartment works well for her, and the management, housekeeping, and care staff is very helpful and friendly.

The staff there are really, really good. They're awesome. They're skilled, kind and most of them not just do their job, but love my mom. She is very well taken care of, eats well, and has a balanced diet provided to her. The grounds looks nice and her room is always clean.

Management is on top of everything. The staff are very competent and good at what they do.
