The Wentworth at Coventry

I feel quite secure and things are going well for me here. Maintenance responds promptly and the housekeeping is good. I really like the activities and the food is very good.

She loves the place and so do we. There is quite a variety of activities on the calendar that I've seen. She likes the bingo and rides they go on. Everytime I go there the apartment is clean and she loves the lady doing her laundry.

The management has good communication and they seem to be involved in everything going on. My mom says the food is good and she says there is a lot of activities available. She has used the transportation a couple times and it is good. It is available and she is happy with it. The care staff stays in constant contact with her.

I have my own space, they keep it clean, I get three meals a day - I mean what more could you ask for? I don't even have to do dishes. The food is good. If anything goes wrong, maintenance usually responds as soon as a I let them know. The part of the building that I'm in is well-maintained.

My sister loves the food and the staff in the kitchen area are always really friendly and nice and the service is fairly quick. In regards to the activities, I know they do bingo and my sister plays cards and they have movie night. The maintenance staff is good and I would say the building always looks nice.

When I knew that I had to put my parents in a place, I went to every place available. I felt the community was so warm and inviting when we first moved my parents in five years ago, both in appearance and personnel. I maintain those same feelings today. They are 100% safe and comfortable there and the entire staff is fantastic.

I live out of state, so I don’t get to see her that often. The management team has been very helpful and gets back to me right away. They do a good job with the activities, housekeeping, and dining. I have no major complaints.

The staff here is awesome and they tried to create some interesting activities for everyone living here. They seemed involved and interested. The caregivers were very good and very attentive. The community always seemed really nice and clean, her room was very nice, roomy, sunny and well kept and the transportation was great. She was comfortable here which I was grateful for.

The facility seems to be managed beautifully. The food has been great, and he loves the food. My husband will make a mess, and they clean it up. With his laundry, he has never had a problem with things getting returned and cleaned. The nurse there has been fabulous, and all the aides are great. It has been a positve experience because he is being taken care of. He has a nice facility to live in and all of his needs taken care of. He needs it, and we are so lucky it is there for him.

I am comfortable with this place and the management. They are always there and willing to communicate when I visit. Everytime I ask my mom how the meals are, she says they are great, and I think the servers do a great job. The activities are okay for the situation the residents are in. The housekeeping is immaculate, her room is always clean, and anytime we have had any concerns, maintenance has taken care of it quickly. The grounds are beautiful and amazing. We love it. I think this community is a great value.
