They have a good offering of activities. We are happy with the housekeeping services and the maintenance staff are fairly quick to respond. I know he has been happy and I have been as well.

I think the value is reasonable. It is within the range of cost you would find in the marketplace, and she is very happy there. When I have interacted with management, they have been very professional. They know my mom. If I mention her name, they know her. They are attentive and have been able to resolve or answer any questions efficiently. My mom loves the activities. She feels Amy does such a good job and is so intent on helping the residents do different things. She is very active. She does it because she enjoys the people and how friendly Amy is. There is something every day. I think there is a good balance. When I contacted care staff with a concern, they called back immediately. They are very responsive. People are very kind and respectful to her.

I think they try and stay in touch with the resident's family. They go out of their way to make everybody comfortable. It seems as though they've got it together. The food looks like it is really good. It looks like they put some thought into it, and my mom really likes it. I like the activities, and they are good. My mom likes them. She likes to go, and they seem to be busy all the time. When mom was moving in, the maintenance staff were very responsive and did a really good job. It is really beautiful and really nice community. I am happy with it, and mom likes it to. She is having a good time.

As far as I can tell, for the service that my wife is getting up there and for what we are paying, I think it is great. The service and accommodations are great. When we put her up there, I went to five or six different places in the valley, and this was the best one we've found. The aides that I have seen are good. From when we have had to use maintenance, they are responsive. They have been there within in a day. The housekeeping is great. They are conscientious when they clean those rooms and do the laundry. It is clean, and they are friendly.

Activities are good, and my friend as a wonderful variety to choose from. The management is very friendly, they know her name, and they talk to her when they see her. She likes the dining staff and she considers them her friends.

The director, Melissa, she has been very responsive. She's always available and always talks to me. My mother has used the bus and it's worked out well. Maintenance is pretty good as well as housekeeping, my mother's apartment always seems clean.

The healthcare staff are good, if we ask them to do anything they will do it right away. My mom thinks the food is fine and it's nice that they bring her food to her room. The housekeeping is good, her room is always clean.

I am really happy that they get her to go out and do the activities. The care givers do very well and they are very friendly with her. They help my mom when she needs it and they stay out of her way when she wants them to. She really has no issues with the folks. I always notice people when I go in and they are always very nice. My mom has adjusted and that is hard to do. It tells me that the people were doing the right things with her when she first moved in.

My sister has a nice living space and it's adequate for her, so. The housekeeping staff is personable, accessible to her needs and they do a great job. The residents are lucky to have activities that are available and it just depends on the person to participate.

I visited all over the valley and liked this place the best. The food is good and activities are very good.
