The Wentworth at Coventry

Management really does a good job, they just been very accommodating and accessible, quick to take care of anything that comes up. Every time I've been there, the food always looks good, and my mom says it's tasty. I think the activities great, they do try to get everyone engaged. I love the place, we had a lot of people that told us about it. I think that's what made us feel really comfortable there, they're all very nice.

She's lived there for three and a half years and has been satisfied with all the services.

The management is friendly and responsive. They seem to do a good job with activities. The housekeepers have done a good job. The transportation staff have been helpful with driving when I can't. The care givers are generally helpful, responsive and try to be on time.

Mom is comfortable in her apartment there and safe. The managers seem to be doing okay. The care has been good, really good and maintenance is good as well. They have plenty of activities going on and they’re offering good quality food. All in all, it's a good value.

We have gotten really good treatment from management. I think they have good offerings in activities for Dad to participate in. The maintenance staff has done very well with the building maintenance and getting his room repaired before he moved in.

I knew other people in the neighborhood whose parents had gone there and proximity, my mother felt very comfortable there and thought the feeling was friendly so we chose it. They replaced the carpeting before she moved in and painted the place, they made sure it was very nice, she's very pleased with the apartment there. Management is really good and the housekeeping and maintenance staffs have been fantastic, my mom knows them by first name, they greet each other, they're extremely helpful.

It was clean, nice, pleasant, the sun shines through the windows and the price was right. We got in on a sale they were having on two or three of the one bedrooms which is what we wanted. It was perfect and almost $1000 off the norm. For us, it couldn't be a better value. I have had one meal there with my sister and it was good. The dining room was clean and the service is good. I think she has gone to the movies. I know that when I looked at the calendar of activities I thought they looked good. My sister seems to be cheerful here at this community. For us, it couldn't be better.

In the three years mom was there the managers were nice, talked to my mom, and helpful. They were nice; everybody was pleasant to be around. My mom always liked the food there and the wait staff. She enjoyed going to the movies, hanging out with friends, the exercise stuff, and entertainment. The transportation there had a good schedule. They got her to the doctor and back and took her on scenic drives. It was great. Housekeeping came in once a week and took care of her room, and always took the trash out. Her cable went out, and maintenance came in and fixed it, they were great. Mom loved it there, it was a great place.

I am very happy with my father living at Coventry at Cottonwood Heights because of the good care. The healthcare staff are respectful and knowledgeable when doing his catherization and the Nurse has been good for him to have access to because I don't have to take him out as often to a regular Doctor. My father says he really likes the new Director and that he is really caring. The housekeeping cleaning is good and he enjoys the activities at the community because they're well planned and consistently offered. With regards to the dining experience, the dining itself is good, with a satisfactory menu, and there is a good quality of food that is offered to the residents. In terms of maintenance, the maintenance staff have been great and the building maintenance has been satisfactory as well, so it's been a good experience for my father, including several people already at Coventry because of my recommendations.

My sister could no longer live there when she needed a higher level of care. The managers were really nice with my sister, no complaints there. She did go on the rides for the scenery almost every week and she enjoyed that. I thought they did wonderful with their activities, and she really liked the food. I think the care givers were great, they were very respectful. I think they did well with security, I didn’t see any safety issues.
