The Wentworth at Coventry

Housekeeping seems pretty good and my mom seems to think the food is ok. She doesn't participate in a huge amount of the activities because she's 96 years old. Some of the things she goes to she enjoys.

The activities are entertaining and well planned, there's things that we can all do. Housekeeping is good, and maintenance is fine. If you have anything go wrong they come right then. Management is good and the care givers are good and prompt too. The price is fair for what I get, I am safe and comfortable here.

I am satisfied with the accommodations provided to my mother at Coventry at Cottonwood Heights. Historically, the dining has been good and the staff has been super with my mom in the past, so it's the reason she is still there. Activity wise, I have been very pleased with what is offered. The activity staff do a real good job with providing activities and diversions, so that people aren't just sitting around and watching TV. I am satisfied with the apartment cleaning she receives. In terms of healthcare services provided, my mom has one of two caregivers that she thinks are superb, so overall it's been a good experience for her.

I think it's well done at The Coventry at Cottonwood in terms of price, services and accommodations provided to the residents. Management is super because they're knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. The food is wonderful and the help there is great, the resident has her meals taken to her room quite often. I have taken the resident out for some music in the lobby and I enjoyed that myself, the staff there is great. Housekeeping comes to dump the garbage and the maintenance department is pretty good too. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms, activity rooms and dining room is always clean. In terms of the resident's care, the healthcare staff is really wonderful and respectful. Overall, I would recommend it at any time. I chose it for the resident and I'd like to go there myself.

Management has been very respectful, friendly, responsive and just generally very helpful along the journey. They seem to really care about my mom and that makes me feel very comfortable knowing she's getting good care with good people. The activities seem pretty engaging and interesting. My mom says, "It's amazing food and I don't have to clean up," she loves the food and the service has been good. Maintenance has been helpful and offered to help put up the TV and things; I thought that was very nice. Everything smells clean, it looks clean. It's an amazing value and we got the best place for the best price. I love the place and my sisters and mom's sister approves of it.

Mom's been there for three years and she is safe and comfortable there. I know she goes on the outings and really enjoys those. She just likes to get out, go for a ride, and be with other people. I think they caregivers are very good. They're very attentive, compassionate, and empathetic. The management team listens to my needs and what my mom needs. Everything is going fine.

Both my parents are in Memory Care, they have an apartment there together, but mom is Independent. The housekeepers do a great job. Not only do they do a great job, they are so kind and friendly to my parents. My parents feel like they're best friends. I love that the managers keep me informed on everything going on. I'm never in the dark, they're very transparent. They're busy people but I can reach them easily. And if they can’t get back to me right then, it's within a couple of hours. The care giving staff is so wonderful, they're so terrific. A little while ago dad had a fever and they came in overnight every two hours to check on him and called me the next day, I was really grateful for that. The food is good, activities are consistent, and mom and dad are safe and comfortable there. Before placing them there, I shopped every place in the valley, and I do feel they are getting the best value for the money. I'm really happy that my parents are there and everyone has been beyond kind.

The management and the healthcare staff have been great and the community is really clean, it's nice. Overall, I think it's really good here.

We went there because it seemed more like a family and everything was beautiful and clean. I think everything always looks really good there, we visited others that smelled bad and there's never anything like that, they're doing all my mom's laundry and it's great. The people that help her are awesome, they've been checking on her every two hours.

If you look around at all the other communities in the area, this community is probably the one that is the most economic. The food at this community looks pretty good and the activities are very good. They have a schedule posted in the community. Housekeeping is outstanding and the laundry has been pretty good. Her room looks fine and the caregivers are all very good.
