The Wentworth at Coventry

I think it is a good value and I really like his room he has. All the staff has been nice and helpful with my nephew. It is a really good place and they are there to help you. He enjoys the food from dining and the activities. We are pleased with the services he receives from housekeeping, maintenance, transportation and care as well. I just think that is a really good place.

Mom enjoyed the food and activities during the time she lived here. The housekeeping and maintenance did a good job in keeping the place clean. The management and care staff were really good. All in all, my mom really enjoyed being there and she made friends.

While my parents were there; I think the activities were awesome. Wanna, the person that cleaned my dads and Marilyn's apartment was phenomonal and Jordan the driver of the van was awesome as well. I have recommended it already to several other people.

My mom was at a different community and the price increases were getting ridiculous and the service wasn't that great, so she moved into Coventry. The managers have been really good, and the housekeepers are also good, her apartment is really clean, it's nice. The nurses, aides, and the Med Techs are great, they've been really good to my mom. The value is really good. The food looks okay, and overall service and cleanliness is great. Everything is really good.

The employees have all been wonderful with my dad. The care staff are very good about calling us immediately when something happens. I think the food is excellent as far as freshness and the presentation; I don’t think you could get any better. The activities offer several things to do. He is enjoying the movies they show. In terms of service, I am pleased with the housekeeping and maintenance provided here.

We chose this community for my mom because it was close to where we live and the building was bright, open, and airy. The mangement here have been very helpful with anything I have needed with moms stay. She really enjoys the activities that are offered and is very pleased with the care staff. I don't think I could get anything better in this price range. I feel we are getting a good value for our money.

My mom lived at The Coventry at Cottonwood for three months before she passed away. It was clean, well maintained and I thought it was a good value for the money. When we would go there, management would bend over backwards to assist us. Everything in the dining room was always very nice and the service was wonderful. The care staff was excellent, very nice people. I appreciated everyone there. They loved my mom and as much as she was capable of, she loved them too. They're very caring and I think it was a really great place.

My parents have lived there for two years, and in that time the activities have been fantastic. The building is beautiful, and it is in a great location. My mom receives care there and the care staff is fantastic. My dad uses the transportation to pop over to the stores. They offer all kinds of help to get you to the doctor's office, take scenic rides, transportation offers a lot. The housekeeping staff is super sweet people, and Maintenance is great too.

Management is very good. My mom likes the dining. She has not been able to go down to the dining room the last few days so she just calls them and tells them what she wants and they bring her food to her. My mom seems to like the activities and goes to all of them. Everytime I have gone over there my mom's apartment has been very clean. We had one experience where a piece of metal was sticking out of a door and mom caught her foot on it. They fixed it right away. The building has always been very clean and well maintained from what I can tell. The care is excellent. The nurses check on her. She had a transfusion today and they were right on top of it. The nurses come in a couple times a night and check on her. My mom is very happy and safe there.

The price is fair. Management is very responsive and are always there to help. They are out and about. The servers are busy but they do a good job. The activities are excellent. They have stuff going on all the time which is excellent. The housekeeping staff that come in are very sweet. Her place is always clean and nice. They do a good job with that. Maintenance has been responsive when we have needed them. The building is beautiful, clean and well kept. They work hard at that. The caregivers have been very good.
