The Wentworth at Coventry

Everything that I see from my point, the caretakers have ben very responsive to what my dad's needs are, they have a good staff that can cover any of his existing or future needs. I feel very confident he's in a good place. I think the facility is kept up very well. Everything I see looks wonderful. His place is always clean, his clothes are done with the laundry. Prior to having a health issue, my dad would always look forward to the activities and it would help him with his flexibility and mobility. I think the price is fair and he's getting good service for the price.

The management staff are always really friendly and attentive. The food seems to be good and my mother seems to enjoy it. The people who work there are kind and always get her what she needs. The menu is good. The housekeeping is fine. The caretakers are fabulous. They are attentive and check on my mom. When she pushes her button they are quick to check on her. All in all they have been really good with my mom.

The community is really well maintained, and I love everybody here. If you don’t like what's on the menu you can order something else but the food is very good. It's very nutritious and fresh. Housekeeping is top notch. If you have a doctor's appointment, you just set the time and they take you. They have a car and take you if it's just you or two people. The bus can hold up to 30 people. I like the activities. I go to everything, all the outings, anything. We went to the theater the other night and we go to different plays. I'm very happy here.

I've met the head of nursing, Lauren, she's very caring, very responsive, any problems or questions things happen right away with no delay. It's not depressing at all and it doesn't feel institutional at all. I was really pleased at the pricing schedule that I was given. I like that everything is included, there's no sliding scale.

Management is great. I've enjoyed the meals there. "Housekeeping is very good. The caregivers are great.

They're doing a good job. I've been very pleased with it there. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go there. They've done a really good job. I just really appreciate those aides down there. I've never sensed it's crazy or short-staffed and I'm there after hours and on weekends. They know who their people are, the staff is stable, and they know my mom. They really do a good job and they know the residents. I think they do a really good job engaging the folks down in Memory Care. I'm very satisfied, particularly with their efforts to engage her. All of my interactions with them have been good, they're responsive. She definitely feels safe and comfortable there.

I am happy that I am here and it costs a little less than most communities. For what we pay, we are getting a great value. The management seems to be doing really well. Erin does a great job. We have the best activities director ever. He has been amazing and is just really outstanding. The housekeeping does a great job. They are wonderful and come consistently. When I have called the maintenance men they come right away. They do a great job. I've recommended it many times.

They have bent over backwards to make my mom and dad comfortable. My mom moved up in April and my dad stayed there to sell the house. When he was getting ready to move up, he ended up in the hospital and they made sure he had a place to go for rehab. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was right for him when he got here. The food looks good. The housekeepers come in and clean up. Maintenance has done a really great job. They came in and hung pictures for us and they were very accommodating. The healthcare staff has done really well. They keep me informed and make sure medications are given appropriately and on time. They have been great and are doing an awesome job. They have all been so great. They make you feel like part of the family and they have brought and welcomed me into their little community. They have been wonderful. They respond and keep me involved.

The management seems fine. The ladies at the desk are always pleasant. Whoever we talk to is helpful and very friendly. They seem to know my name when I don't have a name tag, so that is nice. My husband is very happy with the dining. He enjoys the movies every night and he likes to go on the rides. The room always looks nice. There is a man that takes him to the store each week and he is happy to do all that. He has a nurse that comes with his pills and when he needs his showers, they're always there. I am happy about that and they all seem very pleasant.

The caregivers are very good. The dining is also very good. It's very healthy and my mother likes it. She participates in some of the activities; she had a stroke, so she doesn't do a lot of them. The ones she does go to though she cares for. The housekeeping staff does a great job of keeping things up. I would say it's a good value because they take really good care of her.
