The Wentworth at Coventry

I think the price is fair for the services my father gets. They have been very accommodating and show that they really care about my father. Julie, the director, is amazing. She treats my dad so sweet. He likes the live music, trips, church and Bingo. She's very good about keeping him active. The head nurse, Kim, is awesome. She's really proactive and caring. The staff is great and greets my father by name and show they really care.

The Director is very concerned with all the residents and he has clamped down to make the service better. They keep my sister's room cleaned and keep up with the garbage. The building looks very good to me, it's always clean. The healthcare staff is pretty good. It's been good to me, I've already recommended it to people in the neighborhood.

I think the price is fair for what my mother receives. There is always something going on for the residents. She uses the transportation for the activities outings. She gets there and back safely so that's the most important thing. The management seems to know what is going on. The food is okay. Despite any concerns I think it has been okay.

I think they do a good job overall, the people who work there are very caring. They're friendly, attentive and seem to know what's going on and are engaged. The housekeeping and maintenance departments are good. We don't have any complaints.

It's very fair as far the services and cost of the facility. The management has been awesome. They're very helpful and very supportive. There is lots of activities and housekeeping seems clean. Transportation takes her to doctor appointments. They have been very helpful with that, it's been awesome. My mother likes all the CNA's. The ones she has gotten close to, she loves them and the staff is very attentive.

The price seems fair. The food is good and well-balanced. My mom raves about the cookies. My mom likes the activities. She likes the exercise class. Her room is clean when I visit. The maintenance is great. They take her to the doctor and pick her up after her appointment, which is great.

I think that for what she is getting, the price is fair. She is very safe and comfortable there. The food is great. My mom is a vegetarian and they always accommodate her. The servers are nice people. They have live music all the time, outings and other entertaining activities. Her room is always neat and clean. The building is taken care of. It is a nice place. The healthcare staff makes sure she is getting her pills, getting showers and making it down to meals. I find that I'm always telling people how nice it is there.

We chose this facility because it was close and the managers that are over the caregivers are really nice. Aaron is the Executive Director and every time I'm there, he is on top of everything that is going on in all the residents’ lives. The food and activities are good. The housekeeping has improved. The building maintenance as a whole looks really, really good. Overall, it's a very good facility for him.

It seems to be what the going rate is. The outings that they have, he goes on most of those. He likes the exercise class that they do and the music and programs that they bring in. He's happy. They do a great job cleaning his room. My dad is getting good care and he likes it there.

We have been satisfied with the community. The food's pretty good. The community does well with activities, they have lots of outings. Housekeeping is excellent. They launder my mother's towels, they do great. The facility looks real good. I think maintenance does a real good job.
