The management is very attentive and they are always there and they are handling the COVID situation very well. My mom has been very happy with the dining services and the activities. The housekeepers are very attentive and on the ball and I haven't seen any noticeable issues with the maintenance of the building and the apartment. Overall, the services and accommodations are fantastic.

Management was very good and very helpful. My dad loved the food, the community was always doing fun projects which he enjoyed and his apartment was nice. The care staff really cared about my dad and seemed to try to make him comfortable all the time.

I love the care staff. I am so grateful to them for taking care of grandma and loving her. My goodness I am just so grateful for them. Just the sweetest ever.

It's is very reasonable. We get quite a lot for our money and we are pleased with that. She has gained 10 pounds and it very content there. They have been awesome to Mom. Whether in person or by phone, every time I've needed them I've gotten them. I think the food is really good. Mom remarks quite often how she likes it.

Everyone is very nice to work with here. The staff seem to keep my dad happy. Everytime I have visited, his room looks nice and seems to be cleaned up and good. My dad seems happy here. My dad is always involved in the singing and dancing. As far as the nursing goes, they seem to be helping with his pills. They talk to me about things first. I don't see any problems with maintenance.

The management team have always been responsive and good. Her apartment is super nice. She likes the food, and thinks it is pretty impressive, she likes the idea that she can get it delivered. The building is very well kept up. The care staff have been very good about taking care of my mom, and keeping us informed of what is going on.

We are very happy to have her there. The food is good and there's always an activity going on. They're taking good care of her.

Mom can order what she wants if she doesn’t want what's on the menu, it's pretty cool. There is so much to do, activities like bingo and outings Tuesday shopping trips. Maintenance goes above and beyond anytime mom has a problem. Management has been helpful. It’s a good price, and she has friends there so she is happy.

On the whole as a company, they're doing excellent and I wouldn't want to go any place else, so if anyone asked me about it, I would definitely recommend it. It's a great place and I have already recommended it before. The community has a dietician that makes sure residents get the proper amount as well as neccesary proteins, vitamins and calories, so the dining is very good. Otherwise, I am amazed at how the medtechs and aides do their jobs.

The dining staff is just always good with my mom. As far as I know management and housekeeping is fine.
