The Wentworth at Draper

Things run smoothly at this community. If I need to get a hold of somebody or I have a question the management is usually really good about calling me and questions are promptly answered.

The marketing director Cindy has been fabulous. She has gone out of her way to help my mother to make sure she is comfortable, happy and acclimated into the community. What my mom has done and what I see on the activities calendar looks great; I think we are golden.

I have talked to the lady at Wentworth and she is very helpful. Kara does an excellent job on the activities. S The care givers do really good.

We go there once a month, but it's always clean and always smells good. She plays Bingo every day and loves that, so it seems like she is involved with the activities that they do do. The dining room is always clean, she doesn't complain about the menu variety at all and the service seems accommodating. Everything seems to be running smoothly, we are happy campers.

We chose this community for mom because we liked the size of the room, it was one of the nicest we looked at and it was close to our home. The care she gets here is very good. I think they are very kind, caring, compassionate and very helpful. There are a lot of activities provided and she has enjoyed the ones she has particiapted in. Her room is kept very clean. The maintenance department is very prompt in handling requests. In management, Cindy is great. I just love her. They are really good about everything.

My aunt moved there because we liked the location, and we’re very pleased with the apartment. We’re satisfied with laundry service and housekeeping, and the building is kept up well. The care givers are very helpful. My aunt seems to enjoy the food. The transition was smooth and the management helped us from start to finish. She is safe and comfortable, and I feel the value is good.

I had heard several good things from coworkers who had family members there. When we toured it we liked looks of it and the tenure of the people. I think we are getting our money's worth here. The management has been very helpful and very clear about everything. They have all been very responsive to questions and concerns. They are very friendly, courteous and professional. I have been to my husband's room many times and it always looks clean. They seem to be keeping up with the laundry as well. The activities seem to be good. I know when I chat with Cara she is very willing to tell me what my husband has been involved in. They have done everything to help me and my husband.

I chose this community for my dad because it was close to home plus it had a more homey feel then some of them and the price was more reasonable then some of them. It looks like the menu is pretty versitile and my dad likes the food. My dad seems to be having fun and he is participating in the activities. He says it is fun. Regarding transportation, he used it for the field trips and he seems to like the scenic drives. All in all, he really likes it there.

My mom has been at Wentworth at Draper for 3 years now and I still can't think of a better place in Lake County Utah. I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations that are provided to her, so I wouldn't want her anywhere else. Regarding dining, I think the food there is excellent as far as quality. I have eaten with her many times, usually 3 or 4 times a month, and I have always found the service to be good too. I also never see anyone waiting around for their food or waiting on a refill, so the service staff is on it. In terms of maintenance, they have flowers and have always done good maintenance around the community. She had a window shade break, but when it was reported, the maintenance staff fixed it the next day. With the healthcare services provided, the staff in that department tells us things that are going on and call us all the time, so they really care about my mom. She ended up with a pretty serious cough infection and it could have been life threatening to her, but because we got her to the ER as quickly as we did, since they called us, she was back into good health in just a couple of days, so it almost feels like family is watching her. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience thus far and I feel like they manage things very well, so they're doing a great job there. In fact, we have already recommended the Wentworth to other people themselves or to families that have a loved one who needs assistance.

Management is always professional and nice and the care staff are awesome as well. My brother always seems to be happy with what they have in the dining room. They do a great job with the housekeeping and maintenance keeps everything pretty well maintained. I think it's a great value.
