The Wentworth at Draper

My dad moved into this community because it was close to my home and another friend of our lives there. The value at this community is good. Managment has handled everything very well and the food and housekeeping is good. Maintenance has been very helpful and the grounds are nice. The caregivers are very good. They keep us informed on what is going on. If my father has any problems, they are right on the phone with us.

I tell mom all the time she is lucky to be here. Housekeeping comes on a regular basis and keeps her bathroom and kitchen clean. She seems to be happy with her laundry service. The maintenance team are always attentive when she has a problem. I think they do a really good job with the building. It is clean and doesn’t have an odor which is nice. I think the value is absolutely fair.

The managment seem to be running the place very well. The Wentworth has good menus and good food. The housekeeping is excellent. It is clean and it smells good. They have upgraded the whole place. It is really an excellent facility. The care givers are excellent. They are loving, caring people. They love all the residents.

Cindy and Diane on the management team are very great. They work with us and they're super awesome. I think the food is great, my-brother-in law really really likes it. My mother in law really likes the activities she goes to. Housekeeping has been great and I called and maintenance worked on her TV and it was great. I think the staff are reall great there.

I moved my mom into the Wentworth because they accepted her insurance. The management has been very good, very receptive of her. The care staff is always available, and Maintenance is good. So far, so good, she seems to like it.

My mom has lived at Wentworth at Draper for one month now and tt's been a really good experience. My mom has really enjoyed it and I've been just really blown away with how vigilant and how positive everyone is with mom. Management has communicated well and made mom and I feel very welcome from the start. Cara, with activities, is phenominal! She came in on her day off so my mom could paint pictures the day after she moved in. The building is beautiful, it's clean, it looks maticulous and I'm very pleased. Mom is pretty independent but Cara is great about making sure she goes on the excursions. They're always complimenting her on her cute clothes too.

I think the quality of care in the Memory Care unit is very good there. Dining is very good, they have good food. The activities staff is pretty creative with the residents. Housekeeping does a good job cleaning her room and doing the laundry. Transportation is good. The management team is great, we're real happy with the community.

I loved how accommodating the managment was with helping me get my dads things together when he moved out. If we had any questions they were there to rectify them immediately. The building was always very well kept. I loved that most of the caregivers were quick to come and help clean him up and change his sheets in the middle of the night. Most of the time the staff were very accomodating to him and his needs. He loved all of the care. He said the food was good and he liked that he could order what he wanted for breakfast. He never had any complaints.

I'm happy with the price paid for my brother's services and accommodations. He enjoys the people and has been here longer than anywhere else in his whole life. The staff is great. They're all caring and concerned about the residents. I've watched them interact with the residents and I think they're great. He likes the service and the food. The activities are great. There's always a variety of things for them to do. Mindy is always right on top of everything and is very organized. They clean his room regularly when it's convenient for him. He puts his laundry outside the room and they do it for him. There are no issues wrong in his room. They're always right on top of any problems. When they do take him for any transportation, they're always very nice to him. They stay with him and sometimes take him out to eat afterwards. They're right on top of his medications. If he's not in his room, they find him to give him his meds. They make me sign the correct forms to keep track of his meds. I'll text them from home if I have questions. They'll text me if he falls or something to keep me informed. We've had other family members at the community and I think everything is run well.

It's invaluable to us that she's being cared for. I'm very pleased with the way they've helped us with my mother. They keep us informed of things going on with her. There's always a full list of activities going on almost every day over there. She has been going to Wal-Mart and she likes that. Her laundry is always done and they're always picking up trash and cleaning the floors. I've never seen dust bunnies around. They keep it clean and it smells good. They track all of her meds and make sure she has water and encourage her to drink. They treat her very well. They talk and chat with her. It feels like an extended family there. The community was head over heels above the rest that we looked at.
