With the building and with how the people worked there, they had the best community for my mom. The maintenance staff was good and the apartment maintenance was satisfactory. She enjoyed the food, the people there and she participated in activities. The management was doing an excellent job with COVID and still are. The residents are very protected. She felt safe and comfortable. Everybody there was really great with my mother.

Management is good and responsive to me. They seem to keep things running pretty well. The food is pretty good and is hot every day. My loved one doesn't get involved in the activities much but they keep trying and working at it. Her apartment always seems clean and neat and her clothes are always clean. The building looks nice on the outside and is well kept on the inside. The care is really good. They are very responsive and good at what they do. They take their time with her and pay attention to her. They help her out. The value is good and she is safe and well taken care of.

We chose the community because the people that worked there was all so friendly and nice, the place was spotless, it was just a beautiful place. She was very pleased with her apartment. She has plenty of room for her bed, chair and has plenty of closet space. Mom says the food is good. She says her bed gets changed and room gets cleaned. She was very thrilled with maintenance. They came and hung her pictures for her when she moved in. She says they take care of her medications. The second day she was there the doctor came in and got all of her information. So far, so good.

Based on other communities in the area, it is reasonably priced and you get what you pay for. The healthcare staff is accesible, responsive, knowledgeable and respectful. I haven't noticed anything broken or out of place in the apartment. Housekeeping services come in once a week to do the laundry as well as vacuuming and dusting. Whatever he eats during the dining experience, he likes. The management staff is respectful and knowledgeable. He feels safe, comfortable and the accommodations are satisfactory. Overall, his stay was supposed to be temporary, but he likes it, so he is staying there.

The management has been good so far. Everyone is on the same page regarding the treatment that my mom should be on. The caregivers are always very friendly and personable. They seem to be good at their job. I have only eaten there twice but both times the food taste good and looked good. It was presented well. There are several options to what you can order. You aren't just limited to one thing. They seem to have more activities than other places have and it is clean when I visit.

My mother's health has been improving since she moved to the community and she is gaining weight. Any time there is an issue the care staff is on top of it. The interaction I have had with the management team has been very professional. I have a really good relationship with the care staff who are respectful and my mother's clothes and room are always clean. She is really happy and comfortable with everything at the community.

The dining is good and she likes the food. The maintenance is fair and she is getting good care here. The nursing is really good and the caregiving is good. They always know what is going on and they call me if something happens.

Management is always helpful if I have a problem. They are always there to help. I feel comfortable with them.The women who work there and take care of him do a good job. Maintenance was real good when he had a problem with his TV and housekeeping always keeps everything neat and it is a nice place.

The care staff is very compassionate and helpful. The transportation services are courteous and on time. They are generall available. In terms of laundry services, everything is clean and available, and for the most part, things don't get lost. They seem to have a lot of different activities throughout the week and they alert family and friends with what's going on with activities. The food always seems very good and well prepared. The staff that is preparing and assisting the residents all seem very nice and helpful. The service is very good. The management team is very good in communicating, and they appear to keep the facility in good condition and order.

Management does their best and things get done. The dining is good and the med techs are good. I had in home health care 24/7 when my husband first moved in but now we are down to 17 hours a day. I am getting ready to cut it down to 8am-8pm because the staff here watches him so well. This place is as good as it gets.
