The Wentworth of Las Vegas

My friend has been very pleased. She enjoys the type of food offered and the choices for dinner. It is basically well balanced nutritionally. The maintenance staff has been very responsive to things we needed done and the building is in good condition.

The care staff keeps my mom's medications up to date, and they are very engaged with her. When something needs to be fixed, maintenance is right there to fix it. So far, my mom likes the food. I like that they have food that accommodates specific diets. The management team took me on a tour of the community, and that tour was very nice. They also had their nurse coordinator involved in our meeting, so he was able to talk about the various things that he deal with.

The management has been very attentive. On day one when we moved in I had staff members from the director down to housekeeping approach us to make sure everything was going okay with the move in. They have followed up since then as well. It looks like a nice dining facility and they have different specials each day that they put on display. Aside from the specials they have a standard selection and they have variety. From what I have seen I think the activities are well planned and entertaining. I have seen the flyers advertising them. The housekeeping seems pretty good. It is a nice facility. The care givers have been pretty attentive in getting her medications. I know they respond to any of my questions anytime I have any.

Management is responsive, caring, and like family. They are wonderful and make things happen. I cannot say enough about them. They are incredible. They have made hard decisions so much easier. The housekeeping is amazing, and the staff is responsive immediately. Maintenance and transportation is also wonderful, and the caregivers are responsive and encouraging. The staff here is wonderful and amazing, and I appreciate it. The value that I see we are getting here is priceless.

My mom seems to be happy with the food, and the people there are very friendly. The building and grounds are fine. It is very clean, and they keep the maintenance up. The care givers are wonderful, and my mom loves them. We haven't had any issues with the management. She seems to be happy, and I am happy.

I'm thankful for what they do for him because I think it's a wonderful place. The young people that work there are very responsive, they see everything and are really great kids. It's a pleasant experience to visit him because of the people that work there.

Laura who is the sales lady, she is fantastic, she is awesome. I like the fact that they have an ambassador for the residents. They knock on the door to make sure my mom is coming down for lunch, which I like. They check up on her. It makes her feel more at home, which is one of the things she really needed. She has enjoyed some meals there. I have eaten there twice and both times were very good. The building seems pretty clean overall, that was one of the things I liked about it, it was clean and open and light. I am satisfied with the price, and am happy with the services and accommodations. It is a good and inviting place.

Management is fine. The food is very good. Housekeeping is fine. Maintenance is good. If she needs something, all I have to do is tell them and she has it. They keep the place up very well. The staff here is excellent. They are very attentive to my sister and can always reach me. The residents get all the care they need. They know her wants and her needs and make sure she has what she needs and wants. Everything here is good. The staff all know how to get ahold of me day and night.If anything is wrong they call me right away. This is a very well run place, and it is very clean. I praise this community to the hills because they are so good.

The staff have all been wonderful. The facility always looks nice and is clean. They do a good job with housekeeping and laundry. It was a little more expensive than other places but the facility is a little more modern and well maintained.

My dad loves the food there. He's happy with the variety, it's good. His apartment always seems clean and we’re happy with the laundry too.
