The Wentworth of Las Vegas

Everyone has been very nice and very attentive. So far, I am very happy with everything. In regards to maintenance, they were very responsive. They got right on it when I asked. The care givers are very attentive and I feel very good about it. The activities personnel are doing a great job. They have her down there all the time.

Bobby, the chef, is amazing. He is creative and works with the individual diets. We have eaten there with my mom and we can't say enough about the food. The activities director engages the people individually and works with their individual skills. Christine is amazing and one of the reasons we are there.

I haven't had any problems at all. It seems like the people that are dealing with mom have been very professional.

The activities director is fantastic and they do a nice job of getting her engaged in activities. The med techs are the ones that are consistently in the room and they give her medicine on time. Joelle, in management, is great. She is really through and she is the reason I chose the Wentworth.

They have some good activities and they plan them out pretty good. The housekeeping and laundry is done well. The bus has been good about getting me to my doctor's appointments and outings. The care staff is good about my medication.

After almost four years there, mom’s comfortable and doesn’t want to move. The front of house managers, med techs and care givers are great. The Activities Director is great and comes to get her. Maintenance has done really well, everything looks good to me. Laundry and apartment cleaning have consistently been good. The menu and food are very good.

Everything here is phenomenal. The management is professional and nice. They are always available if I have any questions. I can't say enough about the food. I have had a few meals there and everything is terrific. The service is wonderful and the servers are very nice. They cater to the residents and watch out for everybody. Maintenance is always around and they are very accommodating. All I have to do is tell the gentlemen and they come right in and do what needs to be done. The caregivers are phenomenal and work with my sister beautifully. They are managing everything perfectly. They are on top of things over here.

One of the reasons I chose this community was for their very generous pet policy. Everybody in management has been very helpful and they are gracious with our many questions. They have gone above and beyond in checking on her and they make sure she makes it to meals. Mom loves everything that she has had and the meals are nutritious and they taste good. The caregivers are phenomenal. I liked that they learned my name, my sister's name and my mom's name so quickly. Everyone does their job well. I have been blown away with this community. I think the cost is reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised that it was lower than I had expected.

The nurse has been great, she's very nice. There seems to be a good variety in activities offered and housekeeping has been quick to get everything done.

The management has been wonderful, kind and courteous. Management is also very hospitable, very understanding and they can work with you with whatever issue you have. The healthcare staff are very good as well. The dining service is good, the servers are very nice and cordial. They have a variety of activities. I attend the church every Sunday and that's one of my favorites. The building is in excellent shape and the upkeep is excellent.
