The Wentworth of Las Vegas

Mom moved in probably because of the offerings and the pricing was in her budget. The servers in the dining room treat mom well, they're attentive, and mom is satisfied with the food. There are plenty of activities to do. Her room is always clean and her laundry is taken care of, and they get the trash out regularly. The care givers are very attentive and upbeat. Mom says she likes them a lot and they are nice to her which is important to me. Mom likes it. It’s homey, she's comfortable.

This community is in a great area and my friend feels very safe and comfortable. His apartment is exactly what he needed. Management has been very helpful and they are very good at keeping the activities calendar up to date. Every time I visit, the housekeeping has been wonderful. The caregivers have been very good with him. They have always been very good at keeping in touch with me and keeping me updated. They call me with any concerns they have.

Mom and dad are comfortable there. I think the activities are fine. Mom and dad don’t always participate a lot, but my dad decorated gingerbread houses this morning. He runs the poker games on Wednesday nights. The building is great; they keep it clean and nice. My father has had several falls and the care staff has been wonderful. He scraped his arm and they bandaged it. They always call me if he falls. I think they're getting a good value. It's a good community, always clean, and the people are very nice.

I think the price is fair. I think Mom is very happy there. She likes and thinks the food is great. She uses the transportation for shopping trips and I think it has been great. They go to Walmart a couple times a week. The care staff has contacted me if there has been any situations. The nurse practitioner has been good about calling me back when I call and leave her a message.

My mom was here for a respite stay. I think the management team does a hard job; I know it hard to work with the older people. The food here was good and nutritous. It wasn't home cooking, but other than that it was very appropriate for the situation. She loved the bingo. The room was super clean. I think overall the care is great.

We moved my dad in because he needed a memory care facility. In regards to the dining, my dad has no complaints. The food is perfect. The activities staff are keeping my dad busy. Everyone in housekeeping is great. The care givers are all wonderful.

I chose this community for my dad because of the staff that I interviewed with when I went to look around over there. The care staff are very kind, very friendly, eager to communicate with my dad and although he can't speak they find a way. Management is good and housekeeping is always very good. It's a fair cost for services received.

I would say it is a good value because Mom is getting 24 hour care. She hasn't complained about the food and I know she eats. With her in memory care this is pretty good. They try to get the residents involved that want to. The residents that are participating in the activities that I see they are smiling and laughing and seem to be having a good time. I think everything is pretty clean. They do a good job with the laundry as well. I like the staff very much they try to build relationships with the residents in there. All in all, I am pretty satisfied.

The Wenworth is good for people like my mom. It keeps her occupied and busy and has her make friends and that is good. The caregivers seem very nice. In regards to the dining, my mom says that it is fine. She doesn't seem to mind the variety. She likes the servers a lot.

My dad moved into this community because I liked the staff that I met, it seems very clean, I thought my father would be comfortable there and I like the services provided. Management was very forward and I like that there are different options to choose from in the dining room every day. The other day they had a concert going on in the lobby and that was fantastic. The quality of the performer was very high and the residents seemed to enjoy it. They have the schedule posted all over every day. This community is very clean and well maintained. Maintenance came in and set up his TV and that was very helpful. The transportation at this community is wonderful and the caregivers I have interacted with have been wonderful.
