The Wentworth of Las Vegas

I think we get a good value here for mom. She is a studio there and it is okay for her needs. The front desk ladies are always very helpful and friendly when I go in. Mom does the bingo there every day and the exercises and she loves them. The care staff does very well at being attentive with her when she needs something. In terms of maintenance, they keep it up good for her. So far so good. I don’t have any complaints and neither does she.

The management is very helpful, knowledgeable, and always there if I need something. Their doors are literally open. Brittany and Jordan are very nice young ladies to work with. The food is excellent. I even met with the chef one day to tell him and he was beaming with pride. The laundry service is good and the housekeeping is fine. It looks like a hotel when you walk in, it doesn’t look like an assisted living community. Whenever I have needed anyone in the care department there is always someone there.

My dad settled in there because we liked the location, there's a lot of helpful things around the community, so I felt it was in a good area. It's been so helpful, it's like God sent me to the Wentworth. Management and sales have an open-door policy so if I am walking by and have a question, they will take time out to answer me. They're very good at directing and leading. The nurses, aides, and Med Techs are right there as soon as I come in. They let me know what was happening with my dad. Maintenance is pretty good, and dad's satisfied with his apartment cleaning and laundry. They had plenty of options for apartments, and dad is happy with the one he chose, I know he's safe and comfortable in it. We like the activities. Even today dad was right out there in the activities and it looked like everyone enjoyed it. When we moved in they showed me the monthly activities calendar. I think dad's used the transportation once, and it was easy to set up, the car was safe. From what I can see and what I can smell the food there is very good. I think we're getting a great value for our money, and I have faith in Wentworth, I do.

We moved my mom in becuase I think the value is good and it is closer to my home. I think the food is great here. My mom is eating more than she did when she was with me. They are very balanced meals so that is good and the staff is very nice. The care staff are very nice and seem very concerned about my mother. We are both very happy with her being here.

My client moved into this community because of the price and the level of service offered. Management has been easy to work with and this community offers a wide variety of activities. There is something that appeals to everyone. Everyone is attentive to what needs to be done. I have seen caregivers pick something up if they see it on the floor.

I actually got the name off the Nevada Aging and Disability Services Division and my mom and I liked the location and that there is a memory care unit there for her when she may need it in the future. I'm satisfied with the respectfulness and responsiveness of the caregivers, and the managers have also been pretty accommodating. I think they have quite a bit of activities going on there. My mother seems to like the food and the dining room servers seem pretty friendly. The room is great, she's comfy and safe, so the value is good. I already have recommended it and we're just trying to convince them to move in now.

Dad has been there for about three years now. The environment is nice, the people are nice, and they take an interest in my cousin. The activities and housekeeping are fine, and I'm happy with maintenance. The day aides are wonderful and good at communicating with me. When I was out there I gave my cousin the option to move closer to me. He was happy there and didn't want to leave. I think it's a very nice place.

I would recommend this community to anybody. I am very happy with the management team. The residents look like they are being fed well. The food looks fine. The staff try to keep my wife busy and the residents all get good attention. Housekeeping and the maintenance of the building are very good. My wife is being well taken care of. On two occassions, she had chest pain and the caregivers got her to the hospital and back. The caregivers are doing a great job.

We chose it because he liked the food and they were nice and friendly. He loves the food from the dining department and is happy with the housekeeping services. The care staff have all been very friendly and are pretty responsive to his needs. All in all, my uncle is very happy at the Wentworth.

I moved into The Wentworth because I know the area, but I think it's a very beautiful place. The food, housekeeping and activities are all very good and they do all of my laundry. The caregivers seem like cordial, helpful people and the grounds are very nice so I have been satisfied with the healthcare and maintenance services thus far. Overall, I love it here and wouldn't leave.
