The Wentworth at Parklane

The management has been very responsive to our needs. Any issues we have had they have been great. The community has done a good job to make sure the virus does not get into the building and that the residents stay healthy. Regarding the food there, I have eaten at the community several times and the food is good. They also provide a nice variety on the menu. The apartment maintenance is responsive and the building is in good condition. I have recommended this community several times to people.

I am happy where I am at. I love my apartment and enjoy living here. It is close to my family with was a big selling point for me. This was the place for me. I have kind of found my niche here. Overall, I think the experience has been postitive. The staff are very good. They are responsive and I have enjoyed my stay here.

Management is very good, there are plenty of activities going on all the time and housekeeping is very attentive to the cleaning.

Tad the overall director also does a good job as well as the front desk. The servers in the dining area are a good group of people. They make an effort and they know our names. Some of them know us well enough to bring us lemons for the water because that is what we like. It is very comforting and very reassuring. The activities director is so terrific. I tell people that Matt is the best activities director west of the Atalntic Ocean. He does an absolutely superb job. I love Nela our driver and Sergio the maintenance man is good.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations I receive at the community. We're well served with the apartment cleaning and laundry. The service is highly predictable, thorough, polite and efficient. The dining experience does an excellent job with the dining menu variety and there is good variety of activities offered. The maintenance man does a good job and management staff is both, respectful and accessible. Overall, I feel comfortable and it's a place I would recommend to others.

The community is a nice place, and I am very comfortable here. The building is fine, and I haven't found any fault. The housekeeping is good, and the girls are anxious to please you. They move the furniture to vacuum, which is something people don't ordinarily do. There is enough variety in the activities, and we get outings too. The dining service is very fine. I am very satisfied with the food, and my friends who visit like it too. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. All in all, I feel safe, and they really try very hard to have a nice establishment.

I'm really grateful. They have been an answer to a prayer. It actually makes me tear up. Maintenance is reall good. They're on top of it. Sergio, the maintenance man, is right there for that. He's been very responsive. The housekeeping is superb. They come through once a week and they do linens and towels. They vacuum, mop, and clean the bthroom. I think the activities are fantastic. The activities director, Matt, does a wonderful job. I would the activities are superb. I think it's very varied and well done. The dining service is very good, and my mom doesn't complain about the food. I think the management is great. I think the value is very good. My mom's mental status is better than when she went in, and I think it's because she feels so secure there. It's wonderful.

I am very happy here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It's a good place. I never see anything out of order here. They have amazing food and more activities than a person could do!

She's as happy as a clam. I thank them for giving her a place where she's happy. She loves the transportation services. They're great. She likes the scheduled trips. She's perfectly happy with everything the transportation provides. The maintenance man is good, and he does a solid job with whatever my mom's issues are. The events and the excursions and the atmosphere that the events manager creates for the residents is first rate. She things the activities are absolutely top notch. She things the food is great. The management team is solid. I think it's a stronger value than any of the other competitors that they have in the old Salt Lake area.

The variety of the menu is very good and the servings are good and the food is good. The activities are excellent. There is a real good variety. They are interesting and there is a lot of them. We are very pleased with the activities. We have had very good maintenance. The transportation is very good, and it is consistent. The vehicle is very clean and very nice. The services are good, and the building is very attractive and well maintained. I am happy here.
