The Wentworth at Parklane

For myself, I think this is a number one place here. I think we get more for our oney than anybody else. I think we have good food. The food manager is very good. It's a good variety. The servers that have been there for a long time are wonderful. The housekepers are wonderful people. They're honest, and they do what I need. Sergio, the maintenance man, takes care of things very well. The activities director gives a variety to everyone, and he makes sure that there's a lot going on. He's really super. We go to plays. There's a variety of things. We have a little bit of everything.

I like the overall condition of the building. Housekeeping comes every Wednesday morning to take care of things, and they do a good job. The activity coordinator does a great job with lining up activities for us, and we have all kinds of excellent opportunities. It's one of the outstanding qualities here. They serve very excellent food. I have had friends come down to eat with me because they've liked it. There is a weekly dining menu, and it's always very good. I am always raving about the soup because it's the best. The dining service is excellent. Management does a good job, and I can call down to the desk for anything. Overall, it is a delightful place to live and it's very attractive. I am perfectly satisfied, and I appreciate the place.

They're very good about providing some kind of mobile service to us when we need to get to a doctor. The building maintenance is quite good, and we're quite high on the maintenance man because he works very hard. Housekeeping comes once a week, and they're very good at what they do, wiping down the bathroom sinks and vacuuming. I think the activity director is terrific at his job. We have well planned out and entertaining activities, and the residents rave about them. I am very pleased with the whole management team. All in all, the value is pretty high. We feel both safe and comfortable at the community. We have a double apartment, which is very convenient.

I think for all of the services that we get here, the price is great. The accommodations are wonderful. It is very very nice. Everyone who comes here from someplace else says that this is the best place they have ever been.

It's a wonderful place, and it's particularly wonderful for people who can still get around and are still engaged in life. The activities are excellent We go to concerts, plays, and ball games. Our activities director is wonderful. We have the best activities of anyone in this area. I would guarantee it. I don't think you really can do better for this particular kind of place. I've been very happy here.

They give us a lot of activities and are always thinking of things we can do. The cleaning is very good and when I call maintenance, they are johnny on the spot and come immediately.

I think the management team does well, I've had very good help from them. I enjoy the food very much. There is quite a variety and I can always request something else, and the wait staff couldn’t be nicer. The Activities Director does a wonderful job. He comes up with a great variety, we're very lucky to have him.

My parents have been happy with everything and love their double room. Management has responded to any questions we've had and the staff in the dining room has been very courteous.

I think it is managed very well, I like every thing about the place. I like the fact that we can all eat at the same time together. The service is good. The housekeepers have always done a very good job for me. The maintenance team are certainly prompt responding to our needs.

I think the physical layout should be a prototype for all residential living and the way management organizes all their staff is excellent. I think their communication with families is really good, Nadine in marketing is fantastic, she's so patient, she is just so grounded and very practically helpful in the process, I just think they're great. The activities are superb and the Activities Director Matt is exceptional, his very sincere involvement and care is just so touching. I feel so secure that the activities and engagement are geared towards many different levels of capabilities. I think he does an outstanding job of meeting a diversity of needs and just enthusiastically, the decorating and celebrations of holidays and seasons, it's just fabulous. I think they all go above and beyond their job description, we feel all of their hearts are really in it and we are so grateful.
