The Wentworth at Willow Creek

My mother seems very comfortable and safe living at the community. She enjoys the food and they have a great variety. If there is something she does not like she can order something else. The care staff treats her well and it is a nice community. They have done a really good job handling the Covid19 situation. The management did a good job communicating the day they decided to lock down. They called me, so I could notify family. Within a week to two and a half weeks they contacted us to set up video visits for family to interact with her remotely. I really appreciate that they have gone out of their way to do that with us.

Tim Griffin, Hope Jenkinson, Parker, Susan…everyone that I have spoken with and worked with have been outstanding. The dining room is darling and the decorations are cute. Jordan in maintenance was very helpful when we moved in. I really like the open areas...the gathering areas throughout the community. It is a warm and friendly environment.

I moved to be closer with family, but I am going to miss the community. The healthcare staff that helped us were very good, wonderful and attentive when we needed special care. If we had a complaint or if something broke, they always fixed it for us and they were kind. The apartment and building maintenance was satisfactory. The housekeeping ladies took care of everything very well and the bathrooms were very thorough. The Activity Director was easy to talk to, helpful in every way and had artsy activities, information to give on different subjects and games to play. They gave us treats during dining and when asking for changes or mentioning favorite foods, they were very accommodating. Management was friendly, open to questions and they always made time for you. All in all, it was a good place to live.

Tim the manager goes the extra mile to help in every way. The person that is doing the housekeeping right now really does a good job. Maintenance is always cleaning and maintaining and fixing and always seem to be on top of it. Overall, I am really pleased with all the efforts that they make to accommodate us.

The price is fair and the accommodations are very good for my father. The aides are very attentive, do a good job and notify me of anything. I am satisfied with the building maintenance and the activities are sufficient for his needs in terms of both, exercise and nonexercise opportunities. The housekeeping seems to be done when it's supposed to be and it's done in a good manner. The dining is ran well and the atmosphere is pretty good too. Management seems to know his needs pretty well and since it's not a giant community, they have a good handle of what is going on. Overall, he feels safe, comfortable and I think they're doing a great job.

The community is so clean and it's a lovely building. In terms of activities, the enthusiasm is there, and the care is obviously there. The management team has been wonderful in setting everything up and they been available any time I need them.

Management is very nice to me and there are a lot of activities at the community with a lot of residents that seem to enjoy them. Their activity coordinator really knows how to reach out to the residents and even my mom, who is very backwards on doing things, will participate sometimes. The place is always clean, I appreciate that it smells good and I have never seen anything that was gross. When my parents need the healthcare staff, they're always very good. Housekeeping is really good about getting garbage on a regular basis and they stop by to give my mother some validation, which is a nice, personal touch. In general, we're grateful and comfortable that they're there. It allows for them to have the maximum independence that they can have.

We love how the bathroom is so big in her apartment. The management there has been very responsive, super compassionate, and nice. The food looks really healthy, and there is plenty of it. I think there are plenty of activities in memory care. They do rides and all kinds of activities. The care staff has been amazing. They are responsive if you have questions. They are very friendly. The price is fair. It is a great place.

I'm very happy with everything at this community. All of the staff is friendly and helpful-- the management staff is accessible and responsive, and the nursing staff takes great care of him. In addition, the building is well maintained, the laundry is always done, and his apartment is kept clean. We're blessed to have found this place.

If anything comes up the care givers are quite responsive. Housekeeping does a good job, I have never noticed a problem. The activities are consistently well-scheduled and the care givers encourage him to participate. Food is good, and we’re satisfied with variety on the menu. Management responds well, when you have complaints or requests they're available and do what they can to take care of them.
