The Wentworth at Willow Creek

Management is very responsive and the marketing lady goes above & beyond her title to help with both residents and families. The activities staff go out of their way to customize what might engage residents more and I am happy that it seems like they individually invite residents to participate. The care she gets there is fantastic, the staff really go out of their way for her personal care.

The management and caregivers do a great job. My dad likes the food and says it is good. This has been a good fit for him and I don't know where you could go elsewhere to get better services.

We just loved the management there. Whenever we had questions, we got an immediate reaction from them. There were activities every day, they had people come in and read to them and they had excursions. Ashley does a terrific job there of engaging them, she was just the most caring individual. It certainly was a good value for the money spent.

Mom really likes the musical activities they offer. The building is clean and doesn't smell.

They got a new housekeeper that seems to be doing a good job. In terms of the healthcare staff, some of the girls are excellent. The aides have been really good as far as caring for my husband. I'm pretty pleased, they're working on trying to improve things.

We chose Wentworth at Willow Creek for my mother because it was just so nice and it had the best opportunity for the least amount of money, so we just felt like it was the very best. Everyone in management is all so great, which is really good, and in terms of the healthcare staff, they're all wonderful and I haven’t met a single one that I haven't liked. While we haven't needed maintenance, that's a good thing and the building appears terrific, so everything is great. Regarding cleanliness, I am satisfied with the consistency of both, apartment cleaning and her laundry. In terms of the dining experience, she is very intent on being given what they give her, but I know they have good options there. Overall, I am satisfied with the services and accommodations she is provided with and she feels both, safe and comfortable at the community, so it's been a good experience thus far.

The building was nice, they made improvements to Memory Care while we were there, trying to make it more homey looking and decorations for holidays were great. I think the care staff tried really hard. I wasn't there a lot for meals but I think it was good. They seemed to try hard to make her happy

My mother will be at Wentworth at Willow Creek, 3 years this Easter and the community has been very careful of her as well as protective, so they're definitely doing a good job. It's always a once a month event where you think it's expensive, but if you divide it by 30 days, then it's like $155 per day which includes medical care, room & board and safety, so from that standpoint the value is reasonable. They have a beautiful coy pond out from the main dining room and they have 2 really great meeting rooms upstairs on the non-secured side, so I think the physical community itself is really great and she feels comfortable at the community. A new manager was recently hired and he understands problems and is responsive at working through them. Regarding activities, when I was over there today, they had 2 or 3 puzzles out with the residents, so they were having a fun time. Regarding her care, the staff gets some extra help from hospice services and between the two, her needs seem to be met, so I'd say they've been respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. Overall, it's a business with long hours and I am sure the margins are thin, but the physical plant, housekeeping and the way it's kept up, they're doing an excellent job, so I am pleased at this point with the community because this new manager seems to be really working hard in making sure that it's in good shape.

This community was chosen for my parents because it came highly recommended. It seems to be okay. I think we are good. My mom does wander a bit and they have been keeping a good eye on her. Housekeeping has been taking care of them and maintenance took care of any issues we had.

I think the value is fair. Management has been good. The Activity Director reaches out to each individual and I think that is really done well. In terms of care, they are all super nice, resepectful, responsive and personable. They always show up with a smile and will do anything that is asked.
