The Wentworth at Willow Creek

We are very happy and so is my mom. I think she feels more safe and comfortable there than when we were trying to care for her at home. I am very happy with Tim as the new CEO there. Chelsea has been very helpful from the beginning as has Ashley the activities director. Ashley is very kind and patient with all the residents. I think she is exceptional. The activities are exceeding my expectations. The maintenance staff takes care of the issues we bring up in mom's room and I think they do a good job. We have a new nurse on staff there that we are happy with. The care is pretty good. There is a couple caregivers there that are wonderful and they are April and Cara.

I feel somewhat comfortable with the value my sister receives. In regards to the activities, they do pretty well there. I really feel that things are very well maintained. I think there is a lot of attentiveness to things and that does stand out. My overall feeling is that I am pretty comfortable with things.

I chose the community for my mother because of the price, it seemed very clean, and the ladies were very nice. Management is very good and informative and maintenance is very helpful. I know they've done her laundry, it looked like she had plenty of clean clothes to wear.

We chose this community for my Grandmother because of the care that she needed and the location. Management has been great and the people that deliver the food are great. The value is pretty good as well.

In the time my mom has been there I think the quality of the food and service are good. The activities and building are also good. My mom has been out on the group outings and she likes the transportation.

I chose the community for my mom because it was the brightest and most positive feeling community that we toured. I like that it was built with light in mind, with windows, bright lighting and bright décor. All the care staff was there to great mom when she came into the community. They reassured her that she can push her button anytime she needs anything. They seemed more like friends than just aides. Mom was able to get a corner unit which has an extra window so she lucked out because she likes the light. I like knowing she is taken care of and we can just enjoy her being our mom and not worry that she is going without. The food is something that even I would eat. It is appetizing and presented well. There is multiple activities throughout the day and they are all diverse.

A friend had his mother at another Wentworth community and he liked it. That, and the location, it's two minutes away from my house, is why my mom and I chose the Wentworth. Having been in other communities, I'm very pleased with what this building is like. I've been very happy with the managers, mom seems to be enjoying the food so far, and housekeeping does a very nice job. There is a lot of variety in the activities, and mom is comfortable, and am comfortable knowing she is safe there. From all that I am hearing, the value is fair.

It was a smaller facility and the people, the staff, seemed to be quite personally involved with the residents. Another reason we decided to go with Wentworth at Willow Creek was because the Memory Care had rooms that had living areas, a kitchenette, living area and a separate bedroom and bathroom whereas most facilities I looked at only had suites and a lot of them had companion rooms, which we didn't want. A big reason we chose this one was, and lots of windows, light and high ceilings. A lot of them have an institutional feel and are dark and dingy, so I highly recommend the Willow Creek location for someone who has Memory Care issues.

Management is super proactive. Everything with them has been good. The quality of the food is good. Their apartment is always clean and super fresh. Every time I go in to this community, there are no odors. The community looks very well maintained and clean. Maintenance has been proactive and the transportation has been very good. The vehicles seem to be well maintained. The care has always been really good. It is nice that they communicate with us regularly at the community.

When we were looking for a place for my father we met with Kelsey in marketing and she made us feel so comfortable about choosing the Wentworth. The managment here is very accommodating and willing to answer any questions we have, so is the healthcare staff. When we had breakfast there before we decided it was very nice, very well presented. The housekeeping has been good, everything is tidy. The maintenance guy helps every time, you call him and he is there in a decent amount of time. Everything is going pretty well.
