The Wentworth at Willow Creek

I just moved my mother into the Wentworth because it met my mother's needs. It was recommended because of the Memory Care, and I felt the other residents are more like her. I'd recommend it. The caregivers spend a lot of time with the patients and talk to them more than they talk amongst themselves, which is nice. Everybody has been really available. Maintenance was very quick at getting what she needed set up. Everybody has been really good. The management team has been very helpful. When I reach out to them they give good feedback, they kind of walked me through all the processes, and they've been really accommodating. Compared to a lot of the other places I think it's a very good value. The Wentworth is one of the less expensive communities. With her on a tight budget, that was really helpful.

Things are going well at this community. My dad seems to enjoy the food and the activities are good. They keep him busy. Housekeeping has been pretty good. They are doing a good job with the laundry. The building is usually clean and I do not see anything out of whack over there. Everything looks good. What my dad needs taken care of is taken care of. We have been satisfied.

The former supervisor left it in good hands and the new manager is doing a good job. Management is responsive and I think they're doing a good job. If anything is broken, Maintenance fixes it right away. It really looks nutritious and tasty. My wife's food is all pureed. They take their time helping her at every meal, that's nice. I'd say we are pleased here.

I think the apartment is good, it is not too big and it is not too small. My mohter-in-law feels safe and comfortable there. I think maangement has been good, they listen to my needs and my mothers need. The service has been wonderful and the chef has even gone up to my moms room and delviered her meal personally. Daniel has been wonderful. I think the variety is good. My mother in law likes it. They really have it looking nice and they serve it nicely. The food looks inviting and the chef does a good job with the budget he has. The LPN's have been great. I think they have a good mix of people that come from different backgrounds.

I'd say the value is excellent. Melissa in the nursing staff is very good and the CNAs in the back have been very good. The care staff is doing exceptionally well. Kelsey was wonderful. There is a new director, Julie Black, is very nice. The front end reception desk is very good.

At the Wentworth the building always looks nice and clean. Everything is always working and they are doing a good job maintaining the overall building. The transportation system is consistent and accessible. My mom participates in all of the activities and loves every minute. The management team has been respectful and knowledgable of any concerns so far. We have had some concerns, but they have all been or are in the process of being resolved. Overall, I would be very likely to recommend the community, it's a great place!

We toured several places because we were wondering if we should move her to Idaho or Utah or what, and we made the right choice, hands down. Kelsey, the recruiter, did a phenomenal job we showed up in the dead of winter, with snow like crazy, just to help to get us in, because we came in from Idaho. And she made sure that there was a hot breakfast waiting for us. I've seen mom at a couple of the activities when she first came in January. She's lost a great deal of her capabilities since then so I don't know that she's participating in them now. I'm really happy with the consideration they've given her. I'd feel comfortable talking to anybody and letting them know what was needed. I don't know the specific process but I'm sure any of the people I talk to would be able to pass it forward to help us. They've done a wonderful job of renovating the inside of the area where mom is in the Alzheimer's unit. Overall, it has been such a great experience.

My mom's apartment is on the Northwest side and has nice high ceilings, which is nice. They keep me updated with how my mom is doing. We went in and spoke to the new Director and she was impressive, very knowledgeable, and listened to any concerns we had. The quality of food is pretty good. I think the building is very nice. It's a nice layout. With this new Director, she has people out cleaning up the grounds; they're taking good care of it. Overall, my mom really likes it there.

We were really impressed with the personnel. We were very impressed with Kelsi. I think they're all doing really well. Overall, my mother-in-law's been happy with the food there. They did have to hang a TV on the wall and that was done quickly, and they also hung some pictures on the wall for her. She has been getting really good care there. All of her needs are taken care of. Overall, we're happy she's there and don't have to worry about her being taken care of. It's a lot of relief knowing that she's being looked after.

The care staff is just great. I just received a call from someone this morning. I was very impressed that they would call and give me an update. Literally the first day my aunt was there they invited her to go play Bingo and brought her up. We saw that very positively. To immediately get her out and going to meet people was very positive. We are very satisfied with the management. I don't have enough nice things to say. They have been so responsive. It seems like everyone has truly cared about my aunt and us! They made sure that we were comfortable and that everything was done right during the move in. We are all very satisfied.
